Very clean and enjoyable.

Accused us of stealing/losing towels that we were not originally given we only received 2 small bath mats for the floor, they got very rude and could not see it their fault that they had forgotten to give us the towels in the first place, they eventually gave us 3 towels on our 2nd out of the 3 days we stayed, once leaving I lay all 3 towels on the bed to show them how o easy it is to do such a simple task and at reception they checked our room and told us there was no towels in the room AGAIN! They would not talk to us or let us check out until we paid for the towels, we had to pay in the end so we could get the rest of our deposit money back otherwise we would of missed our bus and been out of pocket even more, not sure if they are just thick/blind or trying to scam money out of customers for silly things. Hugely disappointed in the attitude and customer service. Wouldn’t recommend.

Мы приезжаем сюда второй раз, захотелось поддержать отель, но написать все честно. Это ХОРОШИЙ отель, не отличный, так как есть недочеты. На второй раз заметила на сколько талантливый был дизайнер интерьеров, продумано все. Очень удобно доя тех кто захочет остаться на долго. Можно арендовать плиту для готовки, и кухонную утварь за 150 /день (С ребенком это очень выручает). Мы снимали через airbnb и уборка не входила в стоимость, ее можно запросить отдельно за 1000. У отеля стоит небольшие стиральные машинки, можно за небольшую сумму постирать вещи, но мы не пользовались. Так же прекрасный персонал, все максимально милые Нас устраивает расположение. Отель находится далеко от туристических улиц, но при этом в двух минутах на байке или машине. По дороге расположение рестораны и кафе с высокими оценками. Рядом 7/11, что тоже очень удобно. В самом отеле тихо, оба раза брали номера с видом на лес. Есть небольшой зал и бассейн. С бассейна видно красивые закаты Из того, что не нравится: Не работает ресторан . Мне кажется, виноват коронавирус и отель просто не справился в пандемию. Ремонт уже не такой новый и есть недочеты. Но они компенсируются продуманностью и удобством пространства.

Absolutely wonderful experience. The staff members are all very helpful and the rooms are amazing. The location is centrally located, with some of the prime spots in the city at a walking distance from the property. Highly recommended.

Very comfortable stay. People at the reception were very sweet and accommodating. Very attentive of our needs. Highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to have a pleasant stay in ao nang. Room was great. Laundry service available.

Nice place, rooms feel a little small, view not great, but fine for a few days.

Great for apartment style living but area is remote, so motorbike or car rental is a must. Good overall

Great for apartment style living - so good to have space and a kitchenette - and very quiet and peaceful. Whilst it is a great base for local islands etc, the place itself is remote, so would be hugely improved with a restaurant or basic mini mart on site. Overall good value

สวัสดีครับ สำหรับการเข้าพักที่ ภูดาหลา เรสซิเดนท์ สิ่งที่ประทับใจคือ ราคาที่พักเมื่อจองผ่าน Trip.com จะราคาถูกกว่าแอฟอื่นๆค่อนข้างมาก สำหรับในห้องพัก มีการปรับปรุงจากคอนโดทำให้มีพื้นที่ใช้สอยครบครับ เหมือนอยู่บ้าน ห้องน้ำสะอาด มีฝักบัวใหญ่ มีโต้ะกินข้าว โซฟา ทีวีห้องนั่งเล่น ทีวีในห้องนอน ผมได้พักชั้นสาม ได้มองเห็นวิว แม้จะไม่สวยมากแต่ก็โอเคได้เห็นอะไรสีเขียวๆ มีโซนห้องครัว ตู้เย็นขนาดใหญ่ ชั้นวาง จาน ชาม ช้อนทานอาหาร อ่างล้างจาน ฯลฯ โซนที่พักค่อนข้างเงียบทำให้พักผ่อนได้เต็มที่ไม่มีเสียงรบกวน ผมชอบโซนฟิตเนส ได้ออกกำลังกาย และโซนสระว่ายน้ำ ได้มานั่งนอนเล่น วิวสวยดี ถือว่ามีดีในราคาที่ผมได้มา ได้ลองใช้ฟิตเนสแล้ว แต่สระว่ายน้ำยังไม่ได้เคยใช้งาน ไว้ลองครั้งหน้า ส่วนตำแหน่งโรงแรมอยู่ไกล้ร้านอาหาร หากินสะดวกสบาย สำหรับผมชอบเดินอยู่แล้วเลยไม่ติดปัญหา ทางเข้าอาจจะแคบไปสักหน่อย เวลารภฝถสวนไปมา แต่ไม่บ่อยครับ ส่วนที่จะเสนอแนะมีดังนี้ครับ 1. การทำความสะอาด ผ้าปูที่นอนมีคราบเล็กน้อย 2. ทิชชูในห้องน้ำหมด ไม่ได้เติมให้ 3. ฝักบัวอาบน้ำ ปรับน้ำอุ่นไม่ได้ หรือผมปรับไม่เป็นอันนี้ไม่แน่ใจ แต่ใช้งานยากครับ และอยากให้เพิ่มความแรงน้ำ 4. ที่ระบายน้ำ ตันง่าย ทำให้อาบน้ำในวันที่2-3 น้ำขัง ต้องคอยเช็คในท่อน้ำทอ้งว่ามีอะไรอุดตันหรือเปล่า 5. โซนรับแขกด้านหน้าโรงแรมเล็กดูอึดอัดเล็กน้อย จะเจอช่วงแขกมามากๆ รู้สึกอึดอัด และพนักงานควรจะสแตนบายเพื่อรับรองแขกตลอดเวลาครับ ช่วงผมไปรอนานมาก แต่พนักงานต้อนรับอัธยาศัยดีครับ สรุป เป็นสถานที่พักที่ดีครับ ราคาไม่แพง พนักงานบริการดี อัธยาศัยดี มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบ ใกล้ที่ท่องเที่ยว วิวโอเค มีความปลอดภัยสูง เดินทางสะดวกครับ

We wanted to stay here for 2 months and agreed a price with them. After handing over money for the full month & signing contracts the started to ask for more money which was not discussed prior. They asked for another full month deposit, deposit for water & electricity and then told us that we would need to pay rental fee for kitchen utensils like plates, bowls, knives, forks etc. (I mean paying to use kitchen equipment in a fully furnished apartment?! Are you serious? I’ve never heard of something like this before). All these extra costs coming after they took payment from us. None of this discussed before with us even when we asked about these details before paying. We were weighing up our options between other accommodations in the area and chose them because of the costs they initially told us (they were the more expensive option & are located further away from town) but then once they started adding extra costs it was clear they were trying to take advantage of us so we decided to ask for our money back and we left. We are disgusted with this kind of practice to conceal all costs, only to expose them after main payment being made.

Sadly, the photos do not show a realistic image of the rooms. On arrival, there were no pillows, no pillowcases and both towels and shower were not clean. Staff were amazing and changed rooms which was slightly better, but still not as portrayed. Staff are amazing though and are doing the best with what they have.
