Lovely room at a super central location just off the main square. Friendly staff. Only quibble was the lack of heating. Some days were sub zero temps outside so the room was cold in the mornings/evenings

Fantastic central location, comfortable bed, powerful shower and spacious rooms. A little unsure about the communication as I was accused of cooking food in the kettle despite having not used it at that point, making me question whether the hot drinks area in the room had been cleaned between guests.

Such a beautiful building and lovely, comfortable apartment. Perfect location in old town. Reception staff were so friendly and helpful, helped us with our tour attractions and taxis. On hand via WhatsApp and always very responsive. We will definitely be staying again on our next trip to Krakow

We stayed here for two nights and it was perfect. The location is so central, literally just off the main square in a Main Street with lots of shops and restaurants. Despite this the apartment was very quiet. The room was spacious, the building very secure and absolutely immaculate. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Lovely bed and very warm that's where it ends. I cried when we saw this accommodation, how did it get a 4 Star rating, the pillows were like cushions, there was no shampoo or anything you would normally get, no tea, sugar, milk the towels were about 10 years old and felt like sand paper shocking as they are not that expensive . There is a photo of food advertised on their page why I do not know as they do not serve food. We were buzzed in on arrival but we were not greeted by anyone, and due to no signs ended up out the back of the building where the bins were, we eventually found another door up two flights of stairs

Excellent location right by the main square. The room was very clean and spacious. It was very cold outside but the room was nice and warm. Muhammad was very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend staying here when visiting Krakow. Everything we needed.

This hotel was fantastic very clean room was very spacious had everything we needed.The owners were so accommodating and very helpful.The hotel is so close to everything on the square.We had a trip booked with TUI the tour operator to the concentration camps and the salt mine and the company changed the time and pick up point didn’t contact us and went without us we were so upset.The owner of the boutique hotel and apartments heard our situation and got straight on the phone to sort us the same trip with a tour operator he knew in Krakow to sort one for us and we went the following day we were so happy we cannot thank him enough and his wife who is lovely we would a 100% stay there again.Thankyou so much for all your Help David Martin and Fran 😃

Krakow is a beautiful city, this aparthotel is in a great location near the square. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and beds really comfortable. The owner could not do enough for us and went out of his way to make sure we got a trip to Auschwitz in our stay. I highly recommend this aparthotel if you are staying in Krakow.

Excellent location. Fantastic host full of information about krakow. He literally can’t do enough for you & offers to help with trips, taxis, directions and literally anything you ask him. We had an issue with the toilet and fixed it within minutes. Beds extremely comfortable, tea and coffee making facilities in room with a fridge
