Lovely lovely hotel. However you need to be aware there are a lot of displaced families staying here which I am absolutely supportive of, but, the family near us had a dog and we were woken up 3 days in a row by a.dog barking for 1 hour whilst they were down for breakfast! So not the relaxing break we were hoping for. There was also parties both Friday and Saturday which were very noisy. It's a bit too far out of the centre. Easy to get a taxi and about £5-7 each way,but krakow is so cheap genuinely think you'd get an accommodation in the centre for equivalent of this hotel plus taxi each day.

Il est proche de l'Arène Tauron et c'est ce qu'il était. La chambre est propre et bien aménagée. Le prix est aussi attrayant, comme il a été commandé pour presque le dernier moment. Le petit déjeuner goûté et vous pouvez choisir quelque chose pour quiconque qui l'adapte, grande diversité. Le service passe aussi. Merci

Check in process very smooth, receptionist directed me to where I can park for free for my stay. Of course there was the traditional doubletree cookies given on arrival. My room was upgraded in advance of my arrival. My King junior suite was spacious and well maintained. I had a Diamond member treat of chocolate and red wine with a dedicated note from hotel guest services manager. Room had a microwave and a sink all fully working and functional. Executive lounge- so spacious and tidy and clean. Drinks options were amazing. Happy hour was 3 hours long (5-8pm). Lounge has 2 computers connected to the internet for guests to use in addition to a printer for guests use. The staff in the lounge very accommodating and helpful throughout my stay. Toilet available in lounge for guests to use. Gym- available 24 hours, accessible with room key, very spacious and clean, has water fountain and hand towels available soon as you walk in to the gym. Swimming pool - 1.20m deep pool very clean and clear water. Jacuzzi spacious and activates once you sit in. Two sauna rooms and one steam room with an extra secluded seating area with cushioned deck chairs for those wanting to lay down near the steam and sauna rooms. Changing room was very clean and tidy. Breakfast - so many options, I especially liked the daily fresh smoothies. Be sure to ask for Chef Karol if you want an omelette or scrambled egg made to your specification he’ll look after you. We visited Krakow in order to attend Bjork's tour. To anyone interested in concerts, it is the best choice, as it's just 15 mins on foot from Tauron arena, or 5' if you get transport. There is a railway stop just outside the hotel taking you to the old town in 5 minutes, as well. The decoration of the lobby is really interesting and seems like decorators put really effort into it. Despite the young age of all staff, they were quite friendly and helpful. Another good point was the shower, as you can set the temperature really easily. There was also a shared iron room, which I found a really good idea. What could be improved is that there should be one use flip flops in the room as amenities, as it was quite uncomfortable visiting the bath bare foot. Temperature was really high and we couldn't set it to a lower but just turn the fan speed to 0. Also, I feel that the food catalogue was too expensive, so we were discouraged to taste anything from the hotel, even just a burger. For a 3 star city hotel, such food should be cheaper than every place in the city, not the opposite. We really enjoyed our stay and If we had to visit Krakow again, we would definitely come back.
