Also new in 2022 is cooktop, kitchen stools and counter height table, couch, Sealy Posturepedic pillow top mattress and LG split unit air conditioner. The ample bathroom was previously remodeled with updated wall and floor tile as well as lighting, all fixtures and large glass block shower. This unit is tastefully decorated with tropical artwork. Automatic hot water heater installed so you won't run out of hot water. Other appliances/amenities include a 43-inch smart TV, new oven in 2021, full size stainless French door refrigerator with filtered water and automatic ice maker and dishwasher. There are also two ceiling fans in the unit and one on the lanai. The covered lanai has a table and chairs and ample hooks for hanging wet gear.
