The equipment of the apartment corresponds to a modern high quality standard. We attached great importance to good design and quality of the furnishings (high-quality mattresses in both bedrooms ensure comfortable lying comfort). Furthermore, the room height of 3.80m conveys an airy, light-flooded feeling of living.
The apartment is located in a small cul de sac about 150m from the lake. It is located in the entire top floor of a modern 4-party house. Living area, winter garden and balcony are oriented to the south. Waterfront promenade, natural beach pool (free entry for holiday guests) and the town center are only a few minutes' walk away. Lake and Schlösslepark can be reached in just a few steps.
The Bodenseeradweg leads in the next parallel street.
The marina is in the immediate vicinity.
We are private landlords (no agency - no broker). The apartment is looked after by an administrator on site (cleaning and key handover).

- Fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, freezer / fridge, coffee machine, toaster, kettle etc.)

- Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds (100x200 cm), cork floor
- pull-out sofa bed in the living room for the fifth person

- Single garage and parking space in front of the garage
For our little guests we have a travel cot, high chair and a handcart.
Family friendly, non smoking, no pets, suitable for allergy sufferers.
Bed linen, towels and final cleaning are included in the rental price.

Beautiful setting and well equipped
A very complete appartement. There is nothing to be missed over there since it is super well equipped. It is even a bit overwhelming when you enter since it is quite full. Especially nice is the fact that all windows are covered with insect screens so that you can cool de appartement down during the night without nasty mosquitos.

Wir (4 Personen) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ferienwohnung ist super und liebevoll ausgestattet. Sie ist gut gelegen, alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar.

Schöne Wohnung in toller Lage
Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute Raumaufteilung, ein schönes Bad und die Ausstattung war sehr gut, alles was man brauchte war vorhanden, tolle Lage in der Nähe des Seeufers

Traumurlaub am See
Wir sind als Familie 1 Woche zu Gast in der Ferienwohnung gewesen.
Die Kommunikation vorab war super. Selten so viel Informationen vorab bekommen wie hier. Auch unsere Fragen wurden sehr schnell und einwandfrei beantwortet. Ausstattung der Wohnung sucht seinesgleichen. Die Größe ist mehr als ausreichend für 4 Personen.
Fazit: Traumwohnung für einen Traumurlaub. Uneingeschränkt weiter zu empfehlen.

Super mit Kindern
Die Wohnung war sogar noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Alles sauber. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden. Viele Bücher für Kinder auch da. Lage super! Strand ist gar nicht weit und super für Kinder (und Erwachsene natürlich auch). Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Kurzurlaub
Sehr schöne Lage am Bodensee. Es gab viel zu entdecken. Zu viel für die kurze Zeit. Leider war das Wetter zwischendurch nicht so gut. Es wird aber nicht unser letzter Bodenseeurlaub gewesen sein.

Tolle Wohnung in perfekter Lage
Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, gut aufgeteilt und sehr gut ausgestattet. Schöne Möbel, viel Platz, ein neues Badezimmer und ein toller Wintergarten mit vielen großen Pflanzen. Viele Möglichkeiten, sich aufzuhalten, zu sitzen, zu lesen und auszuspannen. Einfacher Zugang, gute Kommunikation und tolle Lage!
