Very helpful & Friendly staff. Fast process to check in with deposit. Nice small room, clean & tidy. Easy access. Definitely will stay here again.

Overall, the hotel decoration was pretty, and it was in the middle of the town. Also, it was near a popular cafe and centre mall. I was just a bit uncomfortable with one of the receptionists because of the way she seemed uninterested in replying to my question with her emotionless face. I understand if she was tired from a busy holiday mood, but that's what her work is supposed to be. Just a recommendation, maybe you can add amenities like a kettle with the increase in the hotel rate, of course. Anyhow, thank you for the service, though.

no coffee no hairdryer toilet very smelly just like water clogged somewhere in the room. the aircond smells old so expect an old hotel but look modern from the outside. no choice, my last minute plan to kuantan. anyway always be grateful, say *************.

Bathroom and room Very neat and clean but due to no ventilation very stuffy and dusty. Very suffocating. Co operative frontdesk staff.

For my experience stay at this hotel i use trip.com.. my booking with window but the girl at front desk said i'm using third parrties agent to booked the room.. how do i now! She said the 2nd agent give me no window.. i show my email.. she ask me to call my agent direcly.. .. went checkin the room dirty not clean and smelly ..ask for change room this two girl said room fullybooked i dont think is fullybooked becouse only 5 car at hotel ..she tell me to call trip.com to handle my case OMG...tqvm trip.com help me to solve my problem..i really dont like 2 girl at front desk..verry rude.... this is my first time stay this hotel.. bad exprience ..

Clean and well service.. near to the restaurant also 👍👍 room is quite big

Hotel tengah bandar, kedai makan bnyk, 7e pon ada. Parking pon banyak, cuma berbayar. Recommended!
