Parking at basement limited, old hotel, city view nice, when flush toilet bowl ermmmm, tissue box not wipe, toilet door dirty

It's an old hotel but it is clean..the pool is not entertaining at all....the breakfast is terrible.. it doesn't worth the money to take a room with breakfast as they provided very limited breakfast choices...

Cleanliness can be improved. The bath and toilet is with the old bathtub concept. Furniture like tables and chairs were adequate. Generally acceptable

I stayed in this hotel for three nights and this hotel was the best.
And all the staff were friendly with the guests.

Hotel lama agak suram. Punya lama towel pun lusuh. Dia bagi yg koyak. Pic attached. Wc bidet ye. ada bathtub. Breakfast hauk. Takde pilihan n rasa tak sedap.

Staff friendly. Really helpful. But room condition is too old. Aircond not too cold. Toilet a bit dirty. Overall i rate 6/10 only. Sorry. Cuma location je best. Tengah bandar. Banyak kedai nearby.

This hotel seriously needs a complete overhaul. Everything is old, both inside the room and outside lift lobby. Service is slow, rubbish not cleared at common area and creates odor. The only good thing is the front desk, they are quite polite and helpful. The breakfast is not tasty, food replenishment is slow. If the management ignores the obvious flaws of this hotel, there will be no return customer. Definitely won’t stay in this hotel when back to Kuantan.
