NICE HOTEL, ANOTHER HOSPITALITY FROM DORSETT CHAIN HOTELS. WE HAVE ALWAYS PREFERRED TO STAY AT THE DORSETT HOTELS WHENEVER WE TRAVELLED ANYWHERE. NICE ROOM BUT SLIGHTLY SMALLER THAN THE USUAL DORSETT HOTELS. PARKING IS NOT FREE AND SLIGHTLY HIDDEN. WE HAD TO MAKE 3 TURNS AND GET THE HELP OF THE STAFF TO FIND THE PARKING WHICH IS AT PLAZA DAMAS. LOCATION IS GOOD, NEAR PLAZA DAMAS AND HARTAMAS SHOPPING CENTRE. ADVISABLE NOT TO WALK TO EITHER MALL IF YOU ARE ON STILETTOS.

It was really nice. Near the all good supermarket, karaoke, mamak. Recommended to all who want stay kl for a while to stay this hotel

On m'a facturé 100 MYR à tort pour de légères taches de nourriture sur les draps. J'ai tenté de contester cette facturation auprès du personnel, mais ils ont insisté sur le fait que les draps seraient changés sur « les nouvelles directives de leur directeur général ». Ils m'ont facturé ce montant sans même avoir essayé de laver les draps. L'enregistrement s'est bien passé et j'ai eu une chambre à un étage élevé. Les ascenseurs sont un peu lents et il faut parfois attendre 2 à 3 minutes. La chambre était globalement confortable et propre. Seule une casserole est fournie dans l'appartement, ainsi que des couverts de base. Le lave-linge/sèche-linge intégré était assez bruyant et peu intuitif. Sans cette facturation injustifiée, j'aurais attribué 4 étoiles.

It's been a while since I last stayed here ... Service is still good as before . Receptionist malay guy during check in and Indian lady during check out are both friendly, smiley and helpful . Feels home to be here again 😊 Thank you for the upgrade ! The studio king have complete amenities and full kitchenette as well as a washing machine with liquid detergent provided - all these are really helpful for guests . The room is spacious, clean and comfortable . It also have an installed water filter on the sink but they also provide a large bottle of drinking water too each day . Housekeeper abang is kind and helpful and also efficient in his work . 👍 The pool is my fav spot in the hotel because of the beautiful and quiet view . Overall, its a wonderful stay here and I will be back again next time . Terima kasih 💛

Pour la première fois, j'ai réservé cette apt Dorsett Residence, et ils m'envoient un emsil, pour faire un dépôt de RM200, si vous n'avez pas de problème sur la question à check-in. J'ai également appelé Trip. Com pour confirmer le dépôt. Maintenant, je m'enregistre pour le voyage pour remboursement. Ils m'ont dit qu'ils n'avaient pas trouvé de registre, mais Dorsett Residence m'a demandé de payer, si elles ne pouvaient pas faire un check-in. Vous ne pensez pas que c'est si drôle, Trip. Com message capture toutes les informations que je passe de cette application. Comment ils ne savent pas. J'espère qu'ils pourront bientôt être clarifiés, sinon je ferai rapport à la police.

The place is well located in the Hartamas area… Near to restaurants and convenience stores… Good place to stay for 1 or 2 nights… If you have extra money, u can book other hotels… This hotel is for those who really budget… Basically… I can label it as OK hotel…

Convenient location walking distance to shopping mall to find foods and grocery. Room is good size with separate living hall and bedroom. Easy to get public transport, taxi and bus stand is just in front of the road.

Rooms were not cleaned and water was not provided on the second day. Till we asked, only water was delivered however we were told cleaners have left (around 6pm that time) hence unable to do cleaning that evening. Nonetheless, location is great and we managed to have some dim sum after checking in at 10pm.

The toilet having strong cigarette smells and the bad sewerage smells too besides the toilet bowl drainage. Was shocked to have a damaged iron; But owner requested our help to buy new set at nearby DIY shop and immediate refunded us. We are seldom in the room as we were always out thus never use the facilities much. Carparking was troublesome as we were assigned to only dedicated lots. On one of the nights; when we comeback all the assigned carpark lots were taken and we have to park to other different lots and have to inform the property owner. We will not return again cos service apartment checkIN is troublesome and access key given to property is only one set. Will prefer to stay in hotel if it is a short stay.
