Sauf pour le compte-gouttes, le reste conserve encore son établissement 80: garde-robe louvre, console centrale du coucher à côté de la lit avec commutateurs de rocker, couvercle sur les feuilles (non quilt), plancher (non marqué) de salle de bain, lit reine (non roi). Ils essaient de garder la propreté mais les peintures permanentes sur les chaises, les moules autour du vent de climatisation, la peinture de meubles, le linge sur le mur de la salle de bains sont hors de la routine du ministère de la garde-fous; tout le lieu a besoin d'un changement sérieux.

Ghost in ground floor room - a few guests were disturbed, service in front counter are terrible, meeting room was not open at time as instructed, microphone was not working properly, no baggage collected and no regular room service. Reste 3 jours mais mon rubis n'a pas été pris, pas de contrôle de la peste de nombreux ants ....Mais la nourriture est extrêmement délicieuse, très jolie ambiance du café ... tomber amoureux de la nourriture! L'hôtel doit s'assurer de la gestion des fantômes, de l'amélioration des services globaux et de la lutte contre les plaies.

Vivo hotel is a 2-star hotel in Kuantan. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. However the room is a bit small(Standard Single) and pricy. The bedroom is just slightly bigger than the bathroom. Roadside car parking space available.

Petit-déjeuner buffet était attendu pour le prix payé. Bad points - Chambre petit. Avoir une fenêtre pleine de longueur face à un autre bloc de chambres. Impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre de verre. Aircon n'était pas froid - réveil quelques fois se sentant chaud. Impossible de contrôler l'aircon. Mat de bain n'a pas été fourni. Le papier est ensuite vidé depuis des mois.

Had a great overall experience. The service provided by the staff was excellent; they were attentive, friendly, and responsive to our needs throughout our stay. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth, with a helpful video shared by the operator that made everything straightforward for those who can follow instructions well. However, it might be challenging for those who prefer not to read detailed instructions. One of the major highlights was the hotel's location, which is conveniently close to various attraction spots. My unit had a beautiful view facing the sunrise area, adding a special touch to the stay, although I regretfully missed the opportunity to catch the sunrise moment. The unit itself was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment. However, the small room, which I believe was a storeroom, was only equipped with a fan and became quite hot, making it uncomfortable for anyone to sleep in unless the door was left open. In summary, my stay was enjoyable thanks to the excellent service, prime location, and cleanliness of the unit. With some improvements to the small room's ventilation, the hotel could offer an even better experience for its guests.

Just had a fantastic stay at Adena Beach Resort in Kuantan! 🌴 The resort offers a perfect blend of relaxation and luxury with its beautiful beachfront location. The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered stunning views of the South China Sea. 🏖️ The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure our stay was comfortable. The highlight was definitely the direct access to the beach, where we enjoyed long walks and serene sunsets. Great for a weekend getaway or a longer vacation if you’re looking to unwind by the sea.

Exceptional ambience.. Staff was kind and friendly from the guard,reception,buggy,restaurant and all of them.. The resort was well maintain even huge area. We love it so much..its really close to nature and everything was inside the resort (palm estate,lake,wetland,river and forest).

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Royale Chulan Cherating Villa, and I must say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, the staff and services at this resort exceeded my expectations! Without a doubt one of the best resorts in Malaysia and if you're ever in Cherating, THIS is the place to stay! First and foremost, the staff deserves a standing ovation. Their warm welcome and genuine hospitality made me feel like a VIP guest. Whether it was the front desk staff, the buggy drivers, the housekeeping team or even the F&B staff, everyone was attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, and for that, I am truly grateful. Kudos to Rizam for introducing us this hidden gem. The dining experience at the resort was exceptional as well. The Ocean restaurant offered a delectable array of dishes, catering to various tastes and preferences during my breakfast and dinner. I was particularly impressed with the chef's culinary skills and the waitstaff's impeccable service. Shoutout to Mahdi and Nizar in building a strong service team. Each meal was a delightful journey for the taste buds, and the dining experience added another layer of enjoyment to my stay. However, while the staff and services were outstanding, there is room for improvement when it comes to the resort's facilities. Although the property is well-maintained, some areas appear a bit outdated and could benefit from a renovation. I was told that they have very limited budget provided by the management and the improvement process is quite slow. They don't even have a gym or a large banquet hall which I understand is a requirement for a 5 star resort. The rooms, while clean and comfortable, could use a modern touch to match the high level of service provided by the staff. Additionally, the pool area, though enjoyable, would be even more appealing with updated loungers and a fresh coat of paint. These are my two cents which I hope the management would consider to do as soon as possible in order to maintain this amazing place and their regular guests. Despite these minor facilities-related issues, I wouldn't hesitate to return. The exemplary staff and top-notch service is more than enough to compensate for any facility shortcomings. In fact, I look forward to seeing how the resort evolves in the future, as I believe that with some upgrades, it has the potential to become an even more remarkable tourist attraction. I truly hope the management takes care of it's staff by giving rewards or incentives as I can see they worked really hard to maintain this resort's standards.
