I would like to share some feedback regarding my recent stay. Upon arrival around 11:00 PM, there was no front desk staff available to assist with the check-in process. A newly hired security guard, who was not familiar with the procedures and had limited proficiency in both English and Malay, tried to help. It took quite some time to locate my booking details. Although a deposit was collected during check-in, I was later informed by the front desk that the amount was insufficient. The room itself was very small, and several amenities were not in working condition — the refrigerator was broken, and the television was faulty. Strangely, the TV was already turned on when I entered the room, and it continued to switch itself back on even after I attempted to turn it off using the remote control.
In terms of cleanliness and comfort, the experience was disappointing. There was a noticeable amount of hair left behind in the corner of the bed, likely from previous guests, suggesting that the room had not been properly cleaned. Additionally, the sound insulation was extremely poor, which made it difficult to rest. I hope this feedback will help improve the overall guest experience and service quality moving forward.
