L'hôtel est bien situé. Il est facile de trouver quelque chose à manger et à proximité d'un supermarché et non loin du front de mer de Kuching. Le personnel est très gentil et gentil. Mon adaptateur est cassé et je l'emprunte au staff. Il est très utile. Je suis arrivé très tôt dans cet hôtel et très fatigué. En fait, il peut me laisser attendre jusqu'à 14 heures pour m'enregistrer, mais il ne m'a laissé attendre que 20 minutes et il est allé nettoyer ma chambre soudainement et m'a laissé m'enregistrer plus tôt. C'est très gentil et je tiens à vous remercier 100 fois. Je me sens heureux de rester ici et la chambre est agréable. Si j'ai l'occasion de revenir à Kuching, je choisirai encore cet hôtel. I told them that the plane had a 4 hour delay and that I would have arrived after midnight. They told me that the chek in was closed and the CANCELED my booking CHARGING me the costs! Very unfair HOTEL TO AVOID. Ho detto loro che il volo aveva un ritardo di 4 ore e sarei arrivato dopo mezzanotte. Mi hanno detto che il check in era chiuso dopo mezzanotte e mi hanno CANCELLATO la prenotazione ADDEBITANDOMI i costi. Molto disonesti. DA EVITARE!!!
