Booked a room facing sea and pulau kukup. Except the bath room water pressure is low, the room is clean. Room size average considering 3 adults and 2 children's but it s nice experience venture around kukup chinese village. People here generally are friendly but the snack here are not cheap.

Forest City Marina Hotel is a resort hotel by the sea with a view of Singapore. The receiptionist are very polite and helpful. We checked in at the hotel on 17 October 2020 and the whole check in process was fast and took us less than 10 minutes from queuing to getting the room keys. The room is very spacious and big. It is equipped with wifi connectivity, big screen tv, a variety of tv channels, a chiller, bathrobes and complimentary mineral water. The bathroom/toilet comes with a bathtub and separate shower and the size is big and spacious. The room also have a balcony facing the seaview and Singapore. The downside of the hotel: 1. It’s located very far from JB city and after 8pm, the Forest City seems to be a dead city. 2. Some of the facilities are not open to the public(eg. Only one swimming pool is open out of the many swimming pools, facilities around the resort are limited to the Marina Hotel and many shops are closed) 3. Some of the equipment/in room facilities require repair eg. Shower head 4. Aircond is not switched on in many areas(maybe due to low occupancy) The positive part of the hotel: 1. Very friendly and polite staff in the hotel from receiption, restaurant, security guards to the housekeeping team. Good job everyone. 2. The room is neat and tidy. Sufficient towels and amenities are provided. 3. Operator/receiption answer the phone call within three rings 4. They have promotion set meal at rm20 each which is affordable.

Nouveau hôtel, emplacement stratégique. Revenez pour la saison de fête CNY. Tout était grand, lit vraiment confortable, mais le parking est un problème comme il est au-delà de la route.

Выбирали апартаменты с бассейном или пляжем. Эти апартаменты пришлось срочно искать и бронировать, тк предыдущие отменили за 3 дня до прилёта. Месторасположение максимально уединённо, тк находится на искусственном острове прямо напротив Сингапура. Встретили очень мало людей даже несмотря на то, что были в выходные. В апартаментах есть всё необходимое: кухня, посуда, хорошие матрасы, постельное бельё и полотенца. Заезд бесконтактный (оставили ключи в почтовом ящике, прислав нам код от ячейки), выслали подробную инструкцию с паролями от WiFi, кодом от двери и т.д. Проблема была только с дверью в санузел - видимо, она рассохлась и плохо закрывалась, но, думаю, это решаемый вопрос.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel pour un transit rapide avant de partir à Legoland. Le centre-ville de JB est un peu loin, mais très proche de Legoland (taxi 10 - 10 minutes) et aussi SG - JB 2nd Link. Il y a quelques supermarchés autour de l'hôtel et pour le petit déjeuner, le délicieux Rice Fat est juste autour de l'angle. Hôtel hautement recommandé.

C'est la deuxième fois que je suis resté à Forest City Golf Hotel. Un environnement calme et calme adapté à la famille/du couple. Le personnel de l'hôtel est sympa et amiable. Ils nous offrent même des chambres de naissance lors de l'enregistrement. Amusez-vous avec eux.

La location et les installations étaient excellentes mais laissez tomber par la tige provenant du toilette commun qui fait que la chambre entière sent aussi.
Le bon:
- Le lit principal était plus grand que le lit de taille normale du roi.
Il est équipé de la machine à café Nespresso, laver, machine, sèche-cheveux et laver-linge.
Area of Improvement:: (avait eu des réactions contre le personnel)
- Le toilette était propre et soupçonné que la tige venait soit des vents de ventilation, soit des tuyaux clos.
- Le principal coucher de toilette était également clos
- Trip.Com a montré 3 lits de taille King en description mais 2 chambres de luxe ne vient que avec 1 x King et 2x Single.
C'est donc trompeur.

Super endroit où séjourner à côté de Legoland. C'est la deuxième fois que je reviens. Les services se sont beaucoup améliorés et le room service est plus réactif et plus rapide qu'auparavant. L'hôtel est daté (toilettes) et généralement les meubles et les finitions ont besoin d'être mis à jour car ils sont généralement en mauvais état (ils doivent être réparés ou remplacés). Cela inclut les lits superposés qui s'effondrent, les appareils cassés, les meubles cassés.
L'hôtel fournit des articles de toilette de base, du thé au café et un mini-réfrigérateur, ce qui est idéal pour les enfants. . Certaines parties de l'hôtel étaient en cours de Reno. Espérons que les problèmes ci-dessus seront résolus.
