Comme les clients l'ont dit, notre hôtel est situé dans le centre de Kumamoto, à quelques pas des attractions touristiques telles que le château de Kumamoto et le centre-ville, et a été bien accueilli par de nombreux clients. Il se trouve à environ 1 minute à pied de la gare de Hanahatacho et à environ 8 minutes à pied de la gare routière de Sakuramachi. Il y a un bus limousine depuis l'aéroport d'Aso Kumamoto jusqu'à la gare routière de Sakuramachi, qui prend environ une heure jusqu'à notre hôtel. Concernant le stationnement, il n'y a pas de parking sur place, mais il y a un parking attenant « AP Park Sakuramachi » à environ 5 minutes à pied de l'hôtel. Les tickets de service sont vendus 1 200 yens de 14h00 une nuit à 11h00 le lendemain matin. Nous continuerons à travailler dur pour rendre tout le monde plus satisfait. Comme vous l'avez dit, l'arrêt de tramway le plus proche était à 1 minute à pied de notre hôtel, la gare routière de Sakuramachi était à 5 minutes à pied et il y avait une station de taxis dans la rue en face de vous (Ginza-dori). De plus, comme nous sommes situés au centre-ville et à quelques pas du château de Kumamoto, nous sommes bien accueillis par les visiteurs touristiques. Nous nous excusons toutefois pour tout inconvénient occasionné par le bruit. Nous disposons également de chambres en bord de route et dans les étages élevés, alors n'hésitez pas à nous contacter lors de votre prochaine visite. Quant au verre de la salle de bain, l'eau de Kumamoto contient du tartre, qui est évidemment différent du tartre. Nous faisons de notre mieux pour garder les choses propres lors du nettoyage quotidien. Concernant les autres questions de nettoyage, nous partagerons des informations avec le personnel de nettoyage et nous efforcerons de fournir de meilleurs services.
