« 리뷰가 별로 없고 다 여행 오신듯한 현지인들이 많았어요룸사진이 너무 오래된 곳이어서 잠만 자자 생각했는데 리모델링을 한건지 사진과 다르더라구요 건물 외벽도 공사중인 같고요 깨끗하고 ㅋ직원분들도 매우 친절하시며 방은 다른지역 비즈니스보다 쫌커요 침대밑 캐리어 하나 펼치고 여유롭게 다녀도 될듯하고요 다만 침대가 다리가 길어 밑에가 다 보여 깨끗했음 한데 고정이 안되는지 침대가 쪼끔 밀렸습니다 조식도 포함이라 깔끔함 가정식으로 맛있게 먹고 생과일 음료랑 다먹구 커피도 테잇해서 방에 올라와 체크아웃전 여유로운 시간을 보내다 나왔습니다 ( 위치또한 좋습니다 대가선으로 버스터미널 쇼핑몰 아케이드가 주변에 다 있습니다) »

« Toute la chambre est de style japonais, propre et calme, idéale pour ceux qui souhaitent vivre une famille d'accueil de style japonais. L'hôtel est très pratique à la fois pour la gare jr et la station de tramway, et il n'y a aucun problème pour voyager. De plus, le patron et la patronne sont très enthousiastes. Nous avons acheté de la racine de lotus et ne la mangerions pas et voulions demander au patron. Le patron nous a directement aidés à cuisiner. Le petit-déjeuner est également de qualité supérieure et a été préparé par le patron lui-même. Recommandez à tout le monde de réserver une chambre avec petit-déjeuner. Dans l'ensemble, une expérience très agréable. »

« 家族６人で宿泊するには十分な広さでゆっくりと過ごせました。天井も高く開放感があり、インテリアもおしゃれで子供たちはロフトに喜んでいました。国道３号線からすぐに駐車場に入れるので、場所に迷うということもありませんでした。０時を過ぎてもそれなりに車の交通音がしますが（３号線ってそういうものですよね）私たちは遊び疲れて眠ってしまったので気になりませんでした。 »

« ・全体的には満足していますが、レビューにもある通りメゾネットタイプのため暖房が２階部分のみきいてしまい、１階はとても寒いままでした。エアコンは諦めお部屋に用意いただいていた小さいファンヒーターのみ使っていましたが、エアコンを使うより暖かかったです。（夏はエアコンの効きが悪いとなると扇風機などないと厳しいかもしれません）
・空調より困ったのがシャワーヘッドで、水量などの面であまり使い勝手が良くなかったです。私は滞在途中で少し嫌になってしまったので、近くにある湯らっくすという温泉に行きました。
・長期滞在だったので不便だったのかもしれませんが、食器（紙皿など）は1日1枚のみの用意となるので3食自炊する方は足らないかもしれません。また、ゴミ箱の袋は替えのものが用意されていなかったので、ずっと同じゴミ袋を使っていました。気になる方は近くに100均があるので別途購入した方が良いかもしれません。 »

Great variety of self-pick up amenities (toothbrush, cleanser, body sponge, comb, tea, coffee etc.) and special request amenities like hair curler, latex pillow, power bank, shoe dryer and many more! Easy digital self-check-in with staff assistance. Good breakfast variety and clean environment. Luggage storage with front desk is also easy! Parking guidance brochure available. Free cheese grain snack upon check-in. Highly recommend for anyone to stay here!

General cleanliness of the room is good except that the air filter of the inner ventilation system needs “deep” cleaning.

IInvitéJe ne suis resté qu'une nuit il y a quelques jours et je suis revenu pour deux nuits. À mon arrivée, on m'a dit que si vous restiez plus d'une nuit, ils ne le nettoieraient pas. Il faudra 3 nuits pour le nettoyer. . En plus, il faut payer un supplément pour changer les serviettes !! En général, je ne vous laisse pas décider vous-même. , mettez une pancarte à la porte pour voir si elle doit être nettoyée. A part ça, tout va bien.

La chambre d'hôtel était propre et je voudrais qu'ils offrent même un soupe instantané (gratuit pour les clients de l'hôtel) à côté de la réception.
Moins quelques points sur le service en tant que récepteur m'ont donné l'attitude de ma mère quand elle a demandé comment utiliser la machine à laver.

TTraveller CI stayed at this hotel twice. The second time (this booking) we had a room on the older (?) wing and it was almost twice the size of the first one. So for this review I will only share feedback on this “older” room.
This room was big and thus good for us as we had 2 large luggage and more space in the room allowed us to open and pack our luggages with ease.
The bathroom was large with the large traditional bathtub. Toilet had bidet and etc but lacked heating which made it very cold in the winter. Basin tap was still the old turn types which was not eco friendly as it’s more difficult to shut it off.
Location was just opposite the train station which was excellent. But the nearest convenience store is also only at the train station which is about a 5-7mins walk away.
Breakfast was curated to suit the Japanese palette more and ends at 9a.m which is really way too early!!
We left something behind in the hotel but they managed to send the item back to us at our new hotel (still in Japan) which was highly appreciated.
Despite a few minor shortcomings listed above, the pros still outweigh the cons and I’ll definitely be happy to stay here again.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very pleasant experience. If you're planning to drive, please note that the hotel does not have free parking spaces. However, there are nearby paid parking options just a short walk away, so it's still quite convenient. There’s also a convenience store located right across the street, which is a big plus.
Check-in and check-out are both quick and hassle-free, thanks to the hotel's automated machines. The cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable, and the room was spacious enough for my child to run around comfortably.
One feature I especially appreciated was the in-room washing machine along with a heated drying rack and rail in the bathroom—super handy when traveling with kids and needing to wash their clothes. Nightgowns are also provided, just like at another Fav Lux hotel I stayed at in Nagasaki.
The room is equipped with a full set of kitchen appliances, perfect for light cooking or preparing fruits and snacks.

HHON MINGExcellent location in the city centre, a few minutes from shopping, convenience stores, and the Sakuramachi Main bus terminal. Though it is no frills 3-star limited service hotel, location is the best and the price is reasonable. No cleaning in my room plan but acceptable. Will stay again.

IInvitéI honestly do not know where to start, I booked the hotel without really knowing much about Kumamoto Prefecture. After arriving in Kumamoto City and then realising Ueki Onsen is another 40 minute bus ride I was thinking oh dear where am I staying. After arriving at the hotel I was greeted by the manager of the hotel who showed me to my room and gave me a tour of the facilities. Once settled in I realised there isn't great public transport around and I primarily wanted to see Beppu and Yufuin during my stay, I enquired with the manager on where I might be able to rent a car, with little to no Japanese language under my belt he took it upon himself to reserve a vehicle for me and offered to drive me himself to collect it. He then also said he would take me back to return it a few days later. After my trips to Beppu and Yufui village (Not to be missed) and not to miss the outstanding and beautiful surroundings in Uekimachi and the Aso region. The manager and I set off to return my hire car, on the way back he took me to Kikuchi shrine to pray and also gifted me coffee and cake. They also accommodated me with use of the on site onsen (amazing) after hours as I'm heavily tattooed. I feel truly grateful to have found this hidden gem of rural Japan and if you are thinking of traveling this great country I emplore you to go off the beaten path. I experienced untold kindness during my stay and have memories of a life time. Thank you so much guys
