Je suis venu voir la terre rouge, descendre de la montagne, je ne pensais pas que j'allais plus d'une heure pour aller à Dongjiang. Si le chauffeur de montagne n'était pas un vieux chauffeur, il était très difficile de conduire. Je ne pensais pas qu'il y avait un tel hôtel dans la montagne, tout était une nouvelle décoration et une chambre de niveau était particulièrement grande.

IInvitéCertainement un avis cinq étoiles ! J'ai planté de l'herbe le premier jour de mon séjour. Heureusement, j'ai fait une réservation deux jours à l'avance. Les chambres étaient presque pleines tous les jours. Pour le petit-déjeuner au premier étage, il y avait un. un flot incessant de personnes venues réserver des chambres. Bien sûr, aucune chambre n'était disponible. Les serveurs et les dames étaient tous doux et leur service était très détaillé lorsqu'ils ont salué et dit au revoir. Ils ont fourni un service de chambre en temps opportun, ils nous ont regardés avec nos enfants et nous ont demandé chaleureusement. Nous avons pris un bon repas et si nous voulions ajouter quelque chose. Attendez, en plus d'un petit-déjeuner nutritif et d'un thé exquis de l'après-midi, il y a aussi des friandises réconfortantes ou du porridge pour les collations de fin de soirée, qui peuvent même être livrées dans la chambre. attentif. J'ai séjourné dans un certain hôtel étoilé une nuit plus tard, mais le service n'était pas aussi bon que celui-ci, c'est vraiment le meilleur choix pour voyager en famille. UUtilisateur anonymeRoom is a bit small, but location is very good. We got green lake at the back, and old street nearby. Easy to order food. The only drawback is most of the taxi we ordered will stop in the middle of the road instead of infront of the hotel, since the hotel located on the street where they can't stop (or maybe it's just an excuse from our taxi driver).
Breakfast is so-so and cheaper if you buy at least a day before with the receptionist. But i think it is better to just order food outside. They deliver the food to the room with delivery robot.
Laundry room is a big plus for this hotel! We got to get back home with clean clothes.

IInvitéEn raison du vol de correspondance, je dois rester une nuit à Kunming. Pour plus de commodité, j'ai choisi le JI Hotel Airport Branch. Même si c'est un peu cher, ça fait gagner du temps😄L'hôtel est au deuxième étage du terminal, ce qui n'est pas très pratique ! La chambre était également très propre et bien rangée, et la réception m'a gentiment offert une pomme, une orange et deux gâteaux aux fleurs. Le coupon du petit-déjeuner est un menu fixe de Yu Xiaomian, qui est très délicieux si j'en ai la prochaine fois, je pense que je choisirai toujours cet hôtel d'aéroport.

JjukachaThis time in this hotel we got the room on the first floor and this room was quite awful. Toilet is stinky and has problems with flushing, the window outside passing all the sounds from the street and it's annoying. Other rooms aren't so bad, but on the first floor better never choose.

PPsymondDespite the convenient location, comfortable beds, and all-important quiet sleep we managed to get, the hotel's communication to arrange our pick up from the train station at night and what turned out to be a self-check-in was just dismal, clearly needing more training to ensure better organisation for future guests. The following constructive advice is to help the hotel improve and for (particularly foreign) guests to note:
1. Ask for guests' phone number and inform the driver well in advance of our arrival, instead of waiting till the very last minute to do so. We reached out to the hotel via WeChat the day before and rightfully received detailed instructions (in Chinese) to find the driver (the pick up service is actually outsourced to a separate company using 3 different vans), but once we found the van, the driver angrily insisted we call the hotel to identify us by confirming our phone number - we were not allowed to board without the hotel's confirmation, which should have been done directly with the driver well in advance of our arrival.
2. This hotel is not manned after hours, let alone 24 hours, so please make it known well beforehand that we will have to check in ourselves if arriving after hours, and provide clear instructions on how to do so instead of communicating them through the phone while guiding us using the security cameras. It is not the guests' responsibility to do your administrative work (to report ourselves to the authorities by scanning the police QR code and filling out our details) at 11 o'clock at night when we have an early morning train to catch the following day. The hotel should allow guests to enter the room as soon as possible upon arrival, not have us wait half an hour while they struggle with what was clearly their first time checking in foreign guests - worse still over the phone - insisting that this be done before we could enter our room.
3. If the hotel truly wants the patronage of foreign guests, they will have to prioritise our convenience and comfort over theirs by actually having someone check us in in-person. Remotely doing so to save costs is as absurd as expecting foreign guests to communicate our details over the phone, sending photos of ourselves, our passport details etc. via WeChat, and then finding our room card and the room by talking to someone over the phone in Chinese. At the very least, these requirements and instructions should be clearly produced and communicated beforehand so that nothing is improvised.
We hope the above experience helps improve what is a decent hotel providing good value for money.
