Tiancheng Hotel will open for business in March 2025. Located on the 1st floor of 427 Renmin West Road, Zongshuying Street, Xishan District, Kunming City. The hotel is adjacent to the Cuihu commercial area of Xiaoximen to the east; To the west is Yuntou Square; Beilin City Sports Center; Located in the bustling area of Yunfang Wanda Plaza to the south; 2 minutes' walk to Liangjiahe subway station and 15 minutes' walk to Yunda Hospital; The hotel is located at the intersection of Renmin West Road and Huancheng West Road, the core thoroughfare of the urban area. There are subway and bus stations leading to various directions of the city at the entrance; Drive to Kunming Station for 20 minutes; It only takes 30 minutes to reach the scenic spots of Xishan, Dianchi Lake, Mingzu Village, and Haigeng Park in the city; 45 minutes to the airport, convenient transportation.

The location is great, near the subway station. Inside the room is tidy and neat; no complaints. But the corridor is a bit messy. One thing not making me satisfied is that the indication of hotel is not clear. Upon arrival at the nearby location, I searched for a long time but couldn't find the hotel. Until i stepped into another hotel then found out it was its sister hotel which also handles the check-in service for this hotel. I complained that there's not enough indication to show where the hotel is so they must improve it or else no one can find this hotel, particularly those who cannot understand Chinese!

酒店的地理位置非常便利，離地鐵站不到200米，樓下還有公交車站，去哪都方便！後門那條街有很多吃米線的可以選擇，出門往右直走還有個悦雲天地商場，裏面吃的很多，還有沃而瑪超市，在喜茶試了牛肝菌碎銀子還挺特別。最重要酒店有洗衣房，有乾衣機，對於我們這種逗留時間長的旅居遊客來説非常方便。早餐也很豐富，每天都會有一些變化，很贊！而且前台的小哥哥小姐姐每次見到都是笑容滿面，服務相當周到，不輸於大多數五星級酒店！來昆明住天成一定是你最正確的選擇！

這是我在昆明住過的性價比最高的酒店，酒店服務熱情，衞生乾淨整潔，房間温馨寬敞，酒店位置優越，客房清潔人員也很親切，前台小哥哥小妹妹很熱情，（特別感謝前台的X和W兩位小朋友）。得到的不僅是一次舒適愉悦的入住體驗，還有人間煙火，樓下全是當地的特色美食，好吃的朋友千萬不要錯過這個酒店。交通也不錯，下去就是地鐵站。整個酒店因為是新開業，房間整潔乾淨，配套設施齊全（如果套房裡有一張辦公桌那會更完美）總之，這是一次我非常滿意的相遇。下次如果有機會來昆明，這是我的首選地。

第一次來昆明玩，在陷入選酒店的糾結時無意間看見天成酒店，它位置地段屬於市中心，門口就是地鐵站，去哪裡都方便，房間很漂亮舒適，大廳也很大氣，其中我最想誇的是前台服務，我跟朋友人生地不熟來到昆明這個城市，第一波温暖是酒店前台給我們的，剛進門就喝上了暖暖的熱茶，小姐姐小哥哥服務態度非常好，算是我住過那麼多酒店為數不多的優質服務，昆明這個城市很好，但是我最想誇的卻是天成酒店，天成酒店在這個陌生的城市給了我家一樣的感覺，前台小姐姐W，前台小哥哥C給予我的温暖更是沒齒難忘，希望以後天成越來越好，前台也越來越好，加油！

剛進入酒店，就被前台的小姐姐W熱情接待。她不僅態度友好，而且服務周到，從入住手續到行程建議，都一一為我詳細解答。她還能準確記住我的需求，並在我需要時主動提供幫助，這種貼心的服務讓我倍感温馨。酒店位置非常好，出行非常方便，地鐵三號線至樑家河站下車，從A出口出，290就到，酒店前台在一樓工商銀行院內，酒店乾淨舒適，零負壓床舒服。周邊地道雲南菜推薦放豬妹宣威菜和文山酸湯米線，以後繼續來住。

訂的大床房，未提前告知的情況下被換了另外一個副樓上的房間。環境極差，訂的圖片和實際房型完全不同。樓下有一家飯店，地面、電梯油膩，房內地毯異味大，早起隔音很差且窗户損壞無法關閉。入住前已經詢問可否更換房型，又看了2個房間仍然有異味。同時，房間被芯發黃，吹風機袋有污漬。
酒店明知房型不一致仍然將客户引至其他房間，且此房型完全與平台所示不一，實為掛羊頭賣狗肉，最後賠付50元，建議慎重考慮
