On peut dire que c'est l'hôtel le plus confortable près du Mixc à Kunming. L'hôtel est neuf et sans odeur particulière. Installations : L'hôtel dispose de tout le nécessaire et l'expérience est excellente. Le lit est très confortable. La climatisation est réglée au minimum, ce qui permet de dormir tranquillement la nuit. L'insonorisation de la chambre est également correcte. J'ai séjourné dans la chambre côté ascenseur et je n'ai pas été réveillé. J'ai choisi la chambre avec e-sport. J'étais fatigué après une journée de shopping. J'ai joué à des jeux en double rangée avec des amis le soir. C'était vraiment cool. Hygiène : L'hôtel est relativement neuf, mais sans odeur particulière ni dans l'ensemble ni dans la chambre. La chambre est très propre et le couloir est recouvert de moquette, ce qui est très calme. Service : La réceptionniste est très polie. Je suis entrée et m'ai saluée avant de me rendre à la réception. Lors de l'enregistrement, elle m'a expliqué tout en détail. J'ai également bénéficié d'un départ tardif, ce qui m'a beaucoup plu. Environnement : Mixc est situé au rez-de-chaussée et à proximité d'une station de métro. La ligne 6 dessert directement l'aéroport, ce qui est très pratique. Un très bon séjour ! Je reviendrai ici lors de mes prochains séjours à Kunming.

Pros: - The room was new and stylish. - Had the largest TV I had ever seen in any hotel. - Hotel provides fresh fruit plate and tremella and pear dessert nightly. - bottled water and drinks available free flow from The fridge at reception desk. - bed and pillows were very comfortable, providing a good night’s rest. - about 20 min walk to the dounan flow market. - the reception kindly helped us collect our courier delivery. Cons: - room size was on the small side. There was barely space to keep 2 28” luggages open. - Our taxi had difficulty finding the location of the hotel even with the address provided and using baidu map. - we arrived at 11+pm and there was no one at the reception. The booking stated that reception was open 24hrs thus we did not make arrangement to notify about our arrival time. There was a signage that states that we could call a local mobile number to reach the staff. However, as our e-sim only had data and no talktime, we were unable to contact them, nor add them to WeChat. Eventually, fortunately a fellow hotel guest stepped out of their room and was kind enough to help us make a call to contact the reception. Overall a good experience.
