J'y ai passé une journée pendant la fête nationale. J'ai trouvé les installations correctes, le paysage environnant magnifique, une mer de fleurs à proximité, et la nourriture du petit village de pêcheurs était également bonne.
Il y a cependant deux gros inconvénients :
1. C'est bruyant, trop près de l'autoroute, le bruit des voitures est très fort la nuit et il est difficile de dormir.
2. C'est vraiment une tente. À cause du mauvais temps ce jour-là, la tente était très froide et a été secouée par le vent.
Jusqu'à présent, je n'ai pas eu une bonne expérience de séjour dans les coutumes folkloriques.

Ttravelbug123Great airport hotel. Awesome rooms, beautifully designed and have everything that you need and more ! I appreciate the free airport shuttle which operates every half an hour from 4am to 2pm. You do need to let the front desk know you need this service in advanced as seats on the car is limited. This service is very handy especially when I have elderly parents travelling with me. Great shout out to the driver who was very helpful with the luggage and he was friendly and polite. Reception had prepared packed breakfast for us which was very thoughtful, eggs, bread and milk, however our milk were all confiscated at the airport custom as we forgot we could not bring liquid across. This is something for guests to take note of and maybe the hotel can help remind guests about this. I have to highlight a few quirks of this place though that can hopefully improve the experience. There is a steep flight of stairs between the main road and the hotel building, it's a weird urban design if you ask me but this seems to be out of the hotel's control. That means if you have heavy luggages and elderly with waking issues to manage, this is problematic. Reception pointed to us a slop along the steep flight of stairs but is just as steep that is might as well not exist in the first place. We asked if reception has anyone to help, perhaps a porter or a young lad around but there was none. They were also not very helpful in suggesting alternatives ways of getting into the hotel. We realised ourselves much later there is a back door on ground level although it could mean a longer walk around to get to that. but it's better than not providing any suggestions. While I don't expect the ladies at the reception to help with the heavy luggages, I thought the management could have some protocols to help guests who have issues with the steep flight of stairways. In 21st century, it is important to consider inclusivity design of service offering to achieve a more international level of standards. Just a suggestion for management consideration. Overall, it's a good hotel with awesome hardware, but the service training could be better. The reception at the front is great at doing the standard basics but could do with some improvement of being a little more sympathetic to guests reaching out for support and help. I think this hotel has great potential to compete with other big international brand names with a little more service improvements. Ibis is just literally next door but I hope Chinese brands will thrive even more in the near future. I will keep a look out for this Chinese chain in the future when visiting China ! :)

IInvitéEn raison du vol de correspondance, je dois rester une nuit à Kunming. Pour plus de commodité, j'ai choisi le JI Hotel Airport Branch. Même si c'est un peu cher, ça fait gagner du temps😄L'hôtel est au deuxième étage du terminal, ce qui n'est pas très pratique ! La chambre était également très propre et bien rangée, et la réception m'a gentiment offert une pomme, une orange et deux gâteaux aux fleurs. Le coupon du petit-déjeuner est un menu fixe de Yu Xiaomian, qui est très délicieux si j'en ai la prochaine fois, je pense que je choisirai toujours cet hôtel d'aéroport.

IInvitéLors de l'enregistrement, le sourire de Rebekah à la réception était chaleureux et amical. Le processus d'enregistrement a été extrêmement rapide et j'ai à peine eu à attendre. J'ai également été impressionné par les salutations chaleureuses de Xiao Deng, le directeur adjoint du hall, lors du départ.
Lorsque j'ai pris l'ascenseur jusqu'à ma chambre, j'ai remarqué que l'intérieur de l'ascenseur était tout aussi luxueux. La combinaison de miroirs et de métaux lui donnait une impression de modernité et d'élégance. Les chambres sont spacieuses et lumineuses, décorées luxueusement et avec goût. Un lit immense est recouvert de draps et de couettes les plus doux. Une fois allongé, vous n'aurez plus envie de vous lever. Le service de l'hôtel est impeccable, qu'il s'agisse du service de chambre ou du service de restauration, chaque employé a fait preuve d'un niveau extrêmement élevé. Professionnalisme et attitude de service enthousiaste. J'ai particulièrement apprécié dîner au restaurant de l'hôtel, où la nourriture était non seulement excellente, mais aussi joliment présentée comme une œuvre d'art. Le petit déjeuner est riche et varié, qu'il s'agisse de spécialités occidentales ou locales, il peut répondre aux besoins des différents convives. De plus, l'hôtel propose également une variété d'installations de loisirs, notamment un centre de remise en forme, un SPA, une piscine intérieure, etc. Chaque service me rend heureux physiquement et mentalement.

IInvitéJe voyage seul de Pékin au Yunnan pendant mes vacances annuelles. Je suis très heureux d'avoir choisi cet hôtel, il se trouve juste dans la vieille rue, il est très pratique pour faire du shopping, il est proche du métro et est pratique pour voyager. Le petit-déjeuner est également délicieux. L'environnement est propre et sûr. Il existe de nombreux scooters électriques partagés à Kunming qui permettent d'aller facilement n'importe où dans les rues et les ruelles de Kunming.

1. Transport : Près de la gare de Kunming Sud. Kunming est une gare de transit incontournable pour le tourisme du Yunnan. Si vous ne prévoyez pas de vous enregistrer à Kunming le lendemain et que votre itinéraire pour le deuxième jour commence à partir de la gare de Kunming Sud, cet endroit est très bien situé. Il ne faut qu'une dizaine de minutes pour s'y rendre en voiture.
2. Service : Il y a un service de navette depuis et vers la gare de Kunming Sud. Le propriétaire a un bon sens du service. Il a non seulement envoyé un message à l'avance pour informer le client du lieu de prise en charge, mais il a également aidé avec enthousiasme avec les bagages et a fixé une heure pour la prise en charge du lendemain. C'est l'hôtel avec la meilleure attitude de service du Yunnan.
3. Équipements : Il y a un ascenseur, mais il n'est pas facile d'attendre, car il y a beaucoup d'hôtels privés dans tout le bâtiment, et chaque hôtel a beaucoup de clients. L'heure de départ le lendemain matin est relativement proche. Si vous avez de la chance, vous pouvez l'obtenir en un seul voyage, mais si vous n'avez pas de chance, vous aurez besoin de deux ou trois voyages. Cependant, notre hôtel semble être meilleur au 9e étage, et les étages inférieurs ne sont pas si bons ; il y a des boutiques de petit-déjeuner et des restaurants en bas, qui peuvent essentiellement répondre aux besoins du voyage ;
4. Installations et environnement sanitaire : Les chambres de l'hôtel sont vieilles et petites, avec des installations complètes mais vétustes. La famille n'a pas pris de douche mais s'est seulement lavée le visage et rincée la bouche. Il n'est pas recommandé de prendre une douche confortable et de se laver les cheveux.
5. Le rapport qualité-prix est relativement élevé, adapté aux amis ayant un budget limité ou de faibles exigences

AAimaL'emplacement est génial, juste en bas, dans la rue piétonne, c'est très pratique pour ceux qui aiment faire du shopping. LLidusTrès bien situé, cherchez les panneaux jaunes et vous le trouverez facilement. Les articles de toilette de la chambre sont un peu usés mais tout est correct et propre. Je ne recommanderais pas de séjourner pendant les nuits froides - la chambre n'a pas de climatisation. Je séjournais dans la chambre 207 et j'ai entendu tous les bruits des escaliers, même en marchant et aussi les gens dans la chambre 206 étaient éveillés et criaient toute la nuit, alors soyez conscient de cela.

IInvitéL'emplacement est très proche de la gare TGV et il y a un point de prise en charge spécial pour les voitures. L'hôtel est situé au bord de la route et est facile à trouver. L'environnement est toujours très bon et le libre-service des entreprises est possible. L'hôtel est entièrement équipé d'installations intelligentes. La prochaine fois que je viendrai à la gare TGV, je viendrai toujours à son restaurant

PPsymondDespite the convenient location, comfortable beds, and all-important quiet sleep we managed to get, the hotel's communication to arrange our pick up from the train station at night and what turned out to be a self-check-in was just dismal, clearly needing more training to ensure better organisation for future guests. The following constructive advice is to help the hotel improve and for (particularly foreign) guests to note:
1. Ask for guests' phone number and inform the driver well in advance of our arrival, instead of waiting till the very last minute to do so. We reached out to the hotel via WeChat the day before and rightfully received detailed instructions (in Chinese) to find the driver (the pick up service is actually outsourced to a separate company using 3 different vans), but once we found the van, the driver angrily insisted we call the hotel to identify us by confirming our phone number - we were not allowed to board without the hotel's confirmation, which should have been done directly with the driver well in advance of our arrival.
2. This hotel is not manned after hours, let alone 24 hours, so please make it known well beforehand that we will have to check in ourselves if arriving after hours, and provide clear instructions on how to do so instead of communicating them through the phone while guiding us using the security cameras. It is not the guests' responsibility to do your administrative work (to report ourselves to the authorities by scanning the police QR code and filling out our details) at 11 o'clock at night when we have an early morning train to catch the following day. The hotel should allow guests to enter the room as soon as possible upon arrival, not have us wait half an hour while they struggle with what was clearly their first time checking in foreign guests - worse still over the phone - insisting that this be done before we could enter our room.
3. If the hotel truly wants the patronage of foreign guests, they will have to prioritise our convenience and comfort over theirs by actually having someone check us in in-person. Remotely doing so to save costs is as absurd as expecting foreign guests to communicate our details over the phone, sending photos of ourselves, our passport details etc. via WeChat, and then finding our room card and the room by talking to someone over the phone in Chinese. At the very least, these requirements and instructions should be clearly produced and communicated beforehand so that nothing is improvised.
We hope the above experience helps improve what is a decent hotel providing good value for money.
