谢谢昆明盘龙希尔顿惠庭酒店！太棒了！Home2 Suites is by the Hilton group. Having stayed for 4 nights and also in other Hilton hotels within Asia, this Kunming hotel has exceeded our expectations. Service is very good. Breakfast is delicious with Chinese cuisine (yummy fried noodles), basic Western cuisine and coffee. Special shoutout to: 1. Daisy from Level 2 F&B, who greeted us every morning and was helpful with Kunming recommendations. Manager Nick for being so courteous. 2. Ellie from Housekeeping, who was diligent in keeping our room clean and reminded us to keep warm in the sudden cold weather. 3. Qiu from Level 1 reception for helping with my checkout. And the friendly reception ladies. Hotel has a basic drinks station at the lobby, self-laundry and gym. Room had a basic kitchenette, study table and smart technology. Location is 5-10 mins walk to 白云 metro station and 15-20 mins walk to Tongde shopping mall (must-go Korean bbq & Chaoshan beef hotpot on Level 4). Convenience shops are just outside hotel. Highly recommended.

還沒到酒店呢，我就有點暈頭轉向找不着路，給前台小露打電話求助，她不僅超耐心地給我指路，還貼心地告訴我附近標誌性的建築，方便我辨認方向 。一下子就讓我這外鄉人感受到了昆明的温暖。 房間也完全沒讓我失望，佈置得温馨又舒適，各種設施都很齊全。床品柔軟又親膚，我躺上去就像陷進了雲朵裏，一覺睡到天亮。而且房間打掃得超級乾淨，就連角落裡都一塵不染。

L'hôtel est situé dans une position idéale it's juste une promenade 5-minute à Jinxing station. Il y a aussi un magasin de confort situé juste à côté de l'hôtel. Le personnel de l'hôtel était incroyablement utile et poli. Je suis vraiment agréable avec les meubles de la chambre. Il était moderne, propre et spacieux. Le lit est également très confortable.

首先地理位置還是很不錯的，附近有地鐵有個夜市。入住當晚雖有點小插曲但還是很積極的解決了問題，處事方式還是不錯的。 其次就是酒店真的不隔音，早上八點到九點就有裝修聲音，差不多到十點就沒有了。還有房間也不夠亮堂，白天也需要開燈。 最後住了這麼幾天衹有打掃衞生的阿姨是主動和我們打招呼的，其他人從電梯口路過連個笑臉都沒有。早飯一般！
