J'écris rarement des critiques sur les B&B. C'est vraiment une première fois rare pour moi. C'est aussi un magasin que je choisirai certainement lors de ma prochaine visite à Zhouzhuang, que ce soit chaque coin que le propriétaire du magasin a soigneusement décoré ou le plus mignon. petits seins dans le magasin. Le chien Snowball nous a fait sentir comme chez nous et le lit chaud nous a apporté beaucoup de chaleur et de joie. J'espère que nous pourrons rester plus longtemps la prochaine fois ~. All the staff were so friendly and hospitable. The room was unique and memorable. Great location, I really enjoyed wandering around at night after all the daytime groups left!

This is literally the best accomodation I've ever stayed in my life. The owner is so heart warming, prepared a bouquet of crochet flowers that lights up for my birthday, huge fruit platter (home grown), Hand picked out flowers in a vase. Not to mention the details in this place is insane, you feel like stepping into heavenly territory. Can't recommend enough

I am absolutely in love with this hotel! First of all, the hotel is located inside the scenic spot. One of the staff called me in advance to arrange a time to pick me up at the entrance of the scenic spot. My Chinese is not good so normally it's very awkward for me to speak over the phone in Chinese but she was very patient with me which I appreciate. Not only did she escort me to the hotel but she also carried my luggage for me. The decor inside the hotel has a beautiful, rustic asthetic which matches the feel of the ancient town. I really like table and chairs in my room, overlooking the pond. The pond also has koi fish and turtles! It was a beautiful touch that added to the overrall feel of the hotel. I loved these little details such as theovely traditional Chinese tea set (with a variety of complementary loose tea leaves), and the stylish coffee mugs. Unfortunately I came to Zhouzhuang during a severe typhoon which caused a leak and power cut in my room, so when I alerted the staff, they immediately gave me a new room. They even helped me pack my things so I can change rooms as soon as possible. The new room I went to was equally as beautiful. Not only is the hotel beautiful but it also has great amenities. Both rooms I stayed in had a stone bathtub which were both very deep -you could float it in! If you come here, I would recommend you bring some bubble bath with you like I did for maximum relaxation. I also made good use of the pool. The pool is a little small and a bit too shallow for an adult, but you can still have an enjoyable swim. Lastly, the tea room and cafés are also a nice addition to the hotel. My second room didn't have a table and chairs like the original one I booked, so I went to the tea room to eat my breakfast. It's also a cozy and comfortable room just to relax in if you're feeling lazy. As I have mentioned throughout this review, the service is second to none. Not only did the staff help me get to the hotel, but after I checked out they also carried my luggage and escorted me to the taxi. Throughout my stay I was offered fresh fruit and coffee several times, and as I mentioned earlier, I was immediately helped when I had to change my room. Whenever I struggled to communicate in Mandarin, the staff would try their best to speak English or would be patient with my hesitation or mispronunciation in Mandarin. This is probably the best ever service I have experienced on my travels. In summary, it's a beautiful hotel, in a convenient location with great facilities and helpful and kind staff. Not only will I come back again (and with my family next time) but I will recommend all my friends and colleagues to stay at this hotel if they ever plan to visit Zhouzhuang.

Lots of character and the staff are very helpful and really friendly. Would definitely recommend if your looking for something different to a standard corporate hotel.

We had a wonderful stay. Hotel is clean, lovely decorated, location is perfect to stroll around town. Very friendly and helpful staff. Plus selfservice cappuchino ☺️

民宿，庭院不錯，服務也不錯，但再好的景色，最終是以睡覺為主，房間刺耳的高頻電器聲硬是吵上一整晚，房主自己據説也是睡2樓，這種硬件設施問題為什麼不解決呢？還有就是所謂的私密庭院泳池衹是他的客棧有個小水坑，而並不是你房間的私密泳池，這個擦邊球，我也是服了，據説老闆還是會長單位，會長尚且如此，其他的會員單位會怎麼樣？這個會長説的報他的名字，街口飯店會給你上點心還是怎麼樣所謂的點心，其實就是裡邊所有的飯店都會上的一個那個小麪餅報不報都有的。報他的名字的飯店，結果給我算賬還多算了幾十塊錢。總之。如果衹是為了拍片那可以去取，但如果是真的是度假住宿還是留給專業的酒店

非常滿意的一次入住，去每個景點都很方便，在巷子內很安靜，清晨還聽到鳥叫聲。老闆娘很熱情，提前聯繫導航最近停車場，並提前等待幫忙拎了行李。店裡人員都非常熱情，老闆娘還請喝了咖啡。民宿裝修很用心一步一景，甚是喜歡，家人都很滿意。以後到周莊還會入住。

家族6人で一泊。2部屋を予約して、夫婦2人はバルコニールームに宿泊。 周庄景区の中にあるので、票門までスタッフが（3人も）迎えに来てくれて、ホテルとセット予約してあるチケット手配、ホテルまでの荷物の運搬もやってくれた。事前に微信で繋がることで、ランチのお店、漢服体験のおすすめ、観光スポットなどを相談できてありがたかった。 古民家風の民宿なので古いインテリアが多いが、それが独特の雰囲気を味わえて、家族も大満足だった。部屋は綺麗で清潔感もあり、問題なし。 立地も市街にも近く、観光に疲れたらホテルに戻り、休憩もできる。 帰りも荷物を出口まで運んでくれ、見送りもしてくれて、終始気持ちのいい接客だった😄

房間復古温馨，環境沒得説，可以説是一步一景，每個角落都能透出主人對民宿的用心，尤其是大廳裏玻璃落地窗那裡，每個人都要拍一張，泳池不大，但是孩子玩夠了，老闆娘人很好，各種設備齊全，圍爐，打篆都能體驗，下次天冷了再來

真不愧是連續幾年都被評為周莊古鎮最美民宿，老闆設計的古香古色，一步一景，處處都是大片，最讓人感動的是老闆娘人很好，進門就給送上西瓜茶點，玩累了回家還給提前準備好西瓜茶水，院子裏還有魚和烏龜，還有泳池，設計感很強，給人一種不一樣的江南水鄉的美

環境很雅緻，老闆和老闆娘待客熱情，會貼心地準備飲品瓜果點心，房間乾淨，設備齊全，民宿風格很貼近自然，非常喜歡這個風格，最重要的是乾淨衞生。雖然衹住了一個晚上，但是體驗非常好。
