最最最感謝的是，黃金手鍊不知什麼時候丟了，打電話問酒店能不能幫忙到我們房間找一下，他們馬上派了每個部門人員各一個，到我們房間幫忙找，不出十分鐘就幫我們找到了，真的真的非常感謝！拾金不昧、熱心助人！

原以為住在希爾頓旗下的酒店會得到優質服務，然而並沒有。酒店是25年新來的，乾淨衞生沒得説。
酒店周圍環境破破爛爛的，還在修路啥的，不過也不影響休息，酒店樓下有一家老阿巴浙江土菜，味道很不錯。找不到地方吃飯可以去那裡，而且對娃也蠻友好地。
但是酒店有些地方真的很令人失望。一樓大堂熱到昏過去，感覺為了降低成本不捨得開空調。
一樓那個自助早飯啊，我的天，地方實在是太小了。早上用餐高峯根本找不到位子啊。而且服務員也不是很主動在收盤子，選擇品種比較少。不如同品牌旗下的歡朋。雖然早餐味道很不錯，但是早上那種亂糟糟的感覺真的住了那麼多次酒店，第一次體會到。真感覺不如亞朵。以後看到希爾頓準備繞道了。

Le taxi peut nous quitter dans une minute de marche à Zen Yili. Le calme environnement du séjour a également ajouté à la vibe relaxante.
Les hôtes, mari et épouse, étaient exceptionnellement gentils et nous ont donné de grands conseils locaux. La chambre était sans place, avec des lins frais et une atmosphère confortable.
Avant de nous rendre visite, nous avons reçu des goûtants biscuits à domicile, et nous avons également organisé une pick-up fiable et confortable après avoir été sortis.
Ce séjour a été très bon pour le prix.
Nous resterions certainement ici encore et nous le recommanderions fortement aux couples, familles ou voyageurs solitaires qui cherchent un retrait pacifique dans le village ancien de Zhouzhuang.

Nous buvons le thé d'après-midi avec arrogance dans le peuple. Nous sommes vraiment satisfaits d'aller voir le livre pour un après-midi. Nous sommes vraiment satisfaits de recevoir les fruits de nos invités, le café, le thé, le thé d'après-midi, le vin rouge, la soupe de poulet de pomme, Petit-déjeuner, accompagnement, merci à l'hôte enthousiaste de mon frère, aide à transporter les bagages, nous présente et nous amène au restaurant, le plus beau peuple.

ZZiyunxinyuL'auberge est située au cœur de la vieille ville, très proche de diverses attractions. L'auberge est construite au bord de l'eau. Les chambres sont au deuxième étage face à l'eau. Vous pouvez prendre des photos avec vos amis de l'autre côté. Je n'ai pas appelé le magasin à mon arrivée. Il n'est pas loin de l'entrée du site pittoresque et est facile à trouver. La chambre était grande, propre et bien rangée. Le patron était très enthousiaste. Lorsque nous avons quitté l'hôtel, chaque chambre a reçu un sac de collations à semelles de chaussettes, une spécialité locale. Il nous a également envoyé un taxi à l'entrée du site pittoresque. Zhouzhuang vaut également le détour. Restez ici une nuit, marchez lentement et goûtez...

IInvitéI am absolutely in love with this hotel! First of all, the hotel is located inside the scenic spot. One of the staff called me in advance to arrange a time to pick me up at the entrance of the scenic spot. My Chinese is not good so normally it's very awkward for me to speak over the phone in Chinese but she was very patient with me which I appreciate. Not only did she escort me to the hotel but she also carried my luggage for me.
The decor inside the hotel has a beautiful, rustic asthetic which matches the feel of the ancient town. I really like table and chairs in my room, overlooking the pond. The pond also has koi fish and turtles! It was a beautiful touch that added to the overrall feel of the hotel. I loved these little details such as theovely traditional Chinese tea set (with a variety of complementary loose tea leaves), and the stylish coffee mugs.
Unfortunately I came to Zhouzhuang during a severe typhoon which caused a leak and power cut in my room, so when I alerted the staff, they immediately gave me a new room. They even helped me pack my things so I can change rooms as soon as possible. The new room I went to was equally as beautiful.
Not only is the hotel beautiful but it also has great amenities. Both rooms I stayed in had a stone bathtub which were both very deep -you could float it in! If you come here, I would recommend you bring some bubble bath with you like I did for maximum relaxation. I also made good use of the pool. The pool is a little small and a bit too shallow for an adult, but you can still have an enjoyable swim. Lastly, the tea room and cafés are also a nice addition to the hotel. My second room didn't have a table and chairs like the original one I booked, so I went to the tea room to eat my breakfast. It's also a cozy and comfortable room just to relax in if you're feeling lazy.
As I have mentioned throughout this review, the service is second to none. Not only did the staff help me get to the hotel, but after I checked out they also carried my luggage and escorted me to the taxi. Throughout my stay I was offered fresh fruit and coffee several times, and as I mentioned earlier, I was immediately helped when I had to change my room. Whenever I struggled to communicate in Mandarin, the staff would try their best to speak English or would be patient with my hesitation or mispronunciation in Mandarin. This is probably the best ever service I have experienced on my travels.
In summary, it's a beautiful hotel, in a convenient location with great facilities and helpful and kind staff. Not only will I come back again (and with my family next time) but I will recommend all my friends and colleagues to stay at this hotel if they ever plan to visit Zhouzhuang.

SSumianL'emplacement est juste à côté de Zhouzhuang, vous pouvez y entrer à pied en 5 minutes. C'est très proche et très pratique ~ Le stationnement est gratuit, et après avoir garé votre voiture, une voiture vous emmènera au B&B !
L'environnement général est très beau et l'aménagement est très sympa ! Je l'aime beaucoup La chambre est très propre et confortable. Ils nous ont également surclassés gratuitement dans une chambre double avec une cour extérieure ~.
La cour du B&B est également très belle. C'est un bon endroit pour s'asseoir et boire du thé et se détendre. Il y a aussi de nombreux endroits pour filmer. Malheureusement, il était assez tard lorsque nous sommes arrivés et la cour était fermée. ici encore la prochaine fois que je vais à Zhouzhuang ! !

Nous sommes venus en hiver et la pièce ressemblait à un refroidisseur et a mis du temps à se réchauffer. Le propriétaire a demandé à son personnel de venir nous chercher à pied à un point de rendez-vous situé à l’extérieur de la vieille ville, car les voitures ne peuvent pas y entrer. Cependant, son personnel ne nous a pas ramenés au même point de rendez-vous, même s’il avait demandé de l’aide. Nous avons perdu notre chemin et heureusement, mon chauffeur a pu nous localiser. Nous avions réservé une chambre pour 4 personnes mais les équipements étaient prévus pour 2 personnes seulement. Nous devons demander un supplément, des articles de salle de bain aux oreillers. J'envisagerai d'autres maisons d'hôtes modernes au bord du village aquatique pour le même prix.

Le patron a soigneusement préparé des serpentins anti-moustiques. Il est très confortable de s'asseoir sur la terrasse le soir pour profiter de la vue sur la rivière et de la pluie sans marcher.
Environnement : Il existe de nombreux hôtels chez l'habitant dans la région pittoresque, certains plus modernes, d'autres en bois et anciens. Il est vrai que le paysage de Zhouzhuang est plus beau que celui d'autres villes anciennes.
Service : La patronne est une sœur très charmante. Arrivés à la porte nord par un jour de pluie, elle nous a aidés à apporter des parapluies et nous a recommandé des restaurants dans la région pittoresque. À six heures du matin, je me suis levé et je suis sorti. La patronne m'a laissé la porte et m'a ouvert la porte pour sortir. Personnellement, je pense que je reviendrai la prochaine fois, car je n'ai pas vu Shen Hall et Zhang Hall. Je me suis levé trop tôt et je me suis promené après le petit-déjeuner.
Je dors depuis mon retour. C'est vraiment agréable de dormir les jours de pluie.

PPengchengwanli72888城市便捷酒店連鎖店，我住過很多城市，崑山這一家説心裡話，失望到家了，原因就是極度臟亂差，電視機上，座椅上，桌子上，沙發上，床上臟污及床上用品破損和枕頭芯發腐變酶，衞生間異味特別大，難道房嫂清掃衞生衹是拖個地，拖把也沒有洗！換個被單枕套就完事嗎？？？房間那麼大那麼明顯的油污臟污看不見嗎！經過了幾個小時溝通，最後豪華雙床給升級了豪華家庭房，在此期間攜程有沒有囑咐把房間在清掃一下在給予客人，我們重新再前台辦理完入住後進去房間，發現床上用品破損，床頭上，沙發等都是灰，找了前台，讓保安大叔戴的清潔劑和麻布過來清掃的，這事跟保安有啥關係呢？需要讓人給你擦屁股嗎！這個房嫂我的建議是能幹就幹，不能抓緊走人，這衞生做的真的超級差，拿着那個清潔工資不臉紅嗎？這個店老闆是新接手沒關係，用人方面需要考慮考慮了！這衞生如果長期這樣下去，早晚被某人拖黃！！！！

SStanley The Travel ManI arrived in pouring rain. I thought I could walk to my hotel but it was impossible in the downpour. I didn’t want to bother any hotel owner. I didn’t and still don’t have an eSIM that can make local call but thanks to Trip.com, there is a link that I could call the owner for free. I didn’t advise the owners my arrival time so they were off running errands. I called the owner to pick me up and thankfully he answered. He was busy but gracious enough to turn around and picked me up. It knew Zhouhuang requires a ticket but I didn’t know that no cars, nor motorcycles, nor bicycles are allowed. Without him I would have arrived the hotel easily.
I always like to meet the owners instead of employees . They were very helpful and answered all my questions. They are honest people who dedicate their blood and sweat to their business. The owner even offered to walk me to the bus stop to Suzhou which was my next destination.
This operates two hotels with 9 in one and 6 in the other. The one that I stayed in with 9 rooms is in a lively and busy area . Just outside the hotel is a restaurant and there are plenty of places to eat. Inside the hotel is a peaceful oasis where you won’t hear any noise. The location is the best. The other hotel is in a quieter neighborhood a few minutes away. Each of the 15 rooms has it’s own personality, is different and has its distinctive decoration. The owners said they decorated them themselves. I love the decoration and especially the lighting.
After you reserve a room, be sure to contact the owner for the exact address in case you want to arrive on your own. I think it is best to request the owner to take you there because he/she will lead you to the ticket booth to buy tickets. There are a number of bridges so heavy big luggages can be a bit of a challenge . If you arrive after 5 pm, you can enter free of charge as no one is there to check your ticket. . But once you are inside, and if you choose to leave the area after 8 or 9 am until 5 pm, you have to pay to come back in. You can buy a one day or in my case 3 days pass. Do check with the owner for up to date information.
The room was quite clean. There were hot water all the time. There were other guests during my stay but they were not noisy at all. I barely heard them. I slept very well during my 3 nights there.
Zhouhuang is really beautiful. There are many canals, bridges, boat rides, good food of all kinds. I had some of the best meals there. In fact , I ate in the same restaurant that serves dumpling twice. One night I had grill (BBQ) meat just outside the entrance for 4 yuans. . There is decent size supermarket just outside the turnstile and not too far away is a much bigger supermarket. It was there where I bought half a Peking duck for only 32 yuans . The seller sliced the meat and separated the meat from the bones. The bones he fried so it was crunchy. It was delicious. There is a theater that offers performances.
The night view is great. If you step out your room, you will be overwhelmed in a good sense by the exciting surroundings.
This hotel definitely is one of the best that I have ever stayed in. Look at the beautiful pictures and find one that you like.
I stayed only 3 nights and one of those days I went to Tongli. In my opinion, one should spend at least 2 to 3 full days in Zhouhuang (and especially this hotel ) savor the ambience. I don’t think Tongli is worth the time because it was twice as expensive and there are not that many canals and boat rides. It is much quieter and has fewer things to see. . The worst is that the sightseeing places require you to show your ticket. After 2 places, I lost mine ticket and I couldn’t get in the rest of the places. It is unnecessary to require proof of entrance because you can’t enter the area without a ticket.
