RRenee_1101Our best stay in our Shanghai and Suzhou Hangzhou trip! Booked a family room here for our two days one night stay nearby 周庄。 the lady boss is very very very helpful and friendly. They help us with our luggage, show us where to have our meal, and help us with the entrance tix as well. The bedroom is very very clean, and this Airbnb is just 3mins walk away from 周庄.
I can tell that the lady boss really loves what she is doing, welcome all the guest with warm and smile. She welcomed us with some snacks and fruits,
When we left, she gave us some biscuit and help us with the luggage again. Will definitely go back and share with my friends if they are going to 周庄

Nous buvons le thé d'après-midi avec arrogance dans le peuple. Nous sommes vraiment satisfaits d'aller voir le livre pour un après-midi. Nous sommes vraiment satisfaits de recevoir les fruits de nos invités, le café, le thé, le thé d'après-midi, le vin rouge, la soupe de poulet de pomme, Petit-déjeuner, accompagnement, merci à l'hôte enthousiaste de mon frère, aide à transporter les bagages, nous présente et nous amène au restaurant, le plus beau peuple.

Ttze hweeLe gérant et sa femme sont des gens très sympathiques. L'auberge est propre et hygiénique. L'emplacement est très proche de l'entrée et à proximité de Shuangqiao. Le patron et sa femme sont chaleureux, doux et sympathiques. Après l'enregistrement, j'avais l'impression d'être de retour dans ma ville natale. Nous avons emmené des personnes âgées et des enfants avec nous et le propriétaire nous a surclassés gratuitement dans une chambre familiale, rendant notre séjour plus confortable sans augmenter le prix. Les restaurants et snack-bars recommandés par la propriétaire nous ont également laissé un arrière-goût sans fin. Nous y sommes retournés et avons mangé deux fois. La propriétaire a également aidé à réserver un chauffeur pour nous emmener à Suzhou. Le patron était également très gentil et nous a emmenés jusqu'à la sortie. Dans l’ensemble, après avoir voyagé dans tant d’endroits, c’était le seul logement qui me donnait l’impression d’être chez moi. Nous reviendrons à Zhouzhuang car l'enthousiasme des habitants de Zhouzhuang a réchauffé notre famille de 6 personnes.

TTuscany RoseI am absolutely in love with this hotel! First of all, the hotel is located inside the scenic spot. One of the staff called me in advance to arrange a time to pick me up at the entrance of the scenic spot. My Chinese is not good so normally it's very awkward for me to speak over the phone in Chinese but she was very patient with me which I appreciate. Not only did she escort me to the hotel but she also carried my luggage for me.
The decor inside the hotel has a beautiful, rustic asthetic which matches the feel of the ancient town. I really like table and chairs in my room, overlooking the pond. The pond also has koi fish and turtles! It was a beautiful touch that added to the overrall feel of the hotel. I loved these little details such as theovely traditional Chinese tea set (with a variety of complementary loose tea leaves), and the stylish coffee mugs.
Unfortunately I came to Zhouzhuang during a severe typhoon which caused a leak and power cut in my room, so when I alerted the staff, they immediately gave me a new room. They even helped me pack my things so I can change rooms as soon as possible. The new room I went to was equally as beautiful.
Not only is the hotel beautiful but it also has great amenities. Both rooms I stayed in had a stone bathtub which were both very deep -you could float it in! If you come here, I would recommend you bring some bubble bath with you like I did for maximum relaxation. I also made good use of the pool. The pool is a little small and a bit too shallow for an adult, but you can still have an enjoyable swim. Lastly, the tea room and cafés are also a nice addition to the hotel. My second room didn't have a table and chairs like the original one I booked, so I went to the tea room to eat my breakfast. It's also a cozy and comfortable room just to relax in if you're feeling lazy.
As I have mentioned throughout this review, the service is second to none. Not only did the staff help me get to the hotel, but after I checked out they also carried my luggage and escorted me to the taxi. Throughout my stay I was offered fresh fruit and coffee several times, and as I mentioned earlier, I was immediately helped when I had to change my room. Whenever I struggled to communicate in Mandarin, the staff would try their best to speak English or would be patient with my hesitation or mispronunciation in Mandarin. This is probably the best ever service I have experienced on my travels.
In summary, it's a beautiful hotel, in a convenient location with great facilities and helpful and kind staff. Not only will I come back again (and with my family next time) but I will recommend all my friends and colleagues to stay at this hotel if they ever plan to visit Zhouzhuang.

LLovemberRainJe peux dire que les chaussures sont très bonnes, les installations sont vraiment très nouvelles, tout est très parfait, il y a deux boissons, il y a un petit réfrigérateur, puis il y a un lit très confortable, la télévision est très grande, je veux tous décorer une telle chambre, le service est également très bon, J'ai juste fait mon séjour et j'ai demandé si il y avait de l'eau dans la chambre. Une sœur m'a immédiatement apporté une bouteille d'eau. Je me sens très chaud! Merci!!

SSumianL'emplacement est juste à côté de Zhouzhuang, vous pouvez y entrer à pied en 5 minutes. C'est très proche et très pratique ~ Le stationnement est gratuit, et après avoir garé votre voiture, une voiture vous emmènera au B&B !
L'environnement général est très beau et l'aménagement est très sympa ! Je l'aime beaucoup La chambre est très propre et confortable. Ils nous ont également surclassés gratuitement dans une chambre double avec une cour extérieure ~.
La cour du B&B est également très belle. C'est un bon endroit pour s'asseoir et boire du thé et se détendre. Il y a aussi de nombreux endroits pour filmer. Malheureusement, il était assez tard lorsque nous sommes arrivés et la cour était fermée. ici encore la prochaine fois que je vais à Zhouzhuang ! !

UUtilisateur anonymeÉquipements : Bien que la chambre ne soit pas grande, elle dispose de tout le nécessaire. La pression de l'eau du pommeau de douche est un peu faible, mais suffisante. Le patron a soigneusement préparé des serpentins anti-moustiques. Il est très confortable de s'asseoir sur la terrasse le soir pour profiter de la vue sur la rivière et de la pluie sans marcher.
Environnement : Il existe de nombreux hôtels chez l'habitant dans la région pittoresque, certains plus modernes, d'autres en bois et anciens. Il est vrai que le paysage de Zhouzhuang est plus beau que celui d'autres villes anciennes.
Service : La patronne est une sœur très charmante. Arrivés à la porte nord par un jour de pluie, elle nous a aidés à apporter des parapluies et nous a recommandé des restaurants dans la région pittoresque. À six heures du matin, je me suis levé et je suis sorti. La patronne m'a laissé la porte et m'a ouvert la porte pour sortir. Personnellement, je pense que je reviendrai la prochaine fois, car je n'ai pas vu Shen Hall et Zhang Hall. Je me suis levé trop tôt et je me suis promené après le petit-déjeuner.
Je dors depuis mon retour. C'est vraiment agréable de dormir les jours de pluie.

Nous avons trouvé les fournitures de lit détruites, la tête du lit, le canapé et ainsi de suite, Je suis sur la réception pour que le détergent et le linge de sécurité soient nettoyés. Ça a un rapport avec le détergent? Vous avez besoin de faire foutre le cul! Cette chambre, mon conseil est de faire ce que je peux faire, ne peut pas prendre les gens en main, cette hygiène est vraiment super mauvaise, ne rouge pas avec le salaire propre? Ce magasin est nouveau, il est bon, il faut envisager d'utiliser les gens! Si cette hygiène se prolonge, elle est retenue par quelqu'un demain et demain !!!!

The hostess is very friendly and kind. When we got lost during check-in, she herself came for us. Also thanks to the man who helped us when leaving the hotel.
