OYO Hotel Sarovar

I would like a refund on this booking as I did not stay here. when I arrived there was no one there to greet me. the owner was called by a friend manning the desk and when given my name, owner said I had not paid or made a reservation. I gave my name multiple times but no luck. after a while he realised he had me on his list and blamed me for saying my own name wrongly!!! once given the keys to the room, flies and insects everywhere, bed sheets had stains, floor was dirty. I spoke to the manager again for the standard of the room and the state it was in and he told me to leave for a 5 star. this should not even be rated 1 star and should ideally be shut down as I didn’t not feel safe living here at all!! Do not stay here or be fooled by price

All- This hotel is only a namesake hotel. It is a motel. There is no pantry and even for morning tea- this lodge asks you to get it yourself. It is very unclean and toilets stink. Owner is well mannered but he has other businesses to run. Family- pl avoid this at all costs. Bachelors with a very tight budget and who only needs a bed to sleep- you may consider it.
