Très bon hôtel japonais! La station de Kyoto est très proche et est très approprié pour le train. La chambre est de maïs, il y a un réfrigérateur de télévision, très propre, très calme et très style japonais. Les couples du propriétaire du magasin sont également très bons et nous prennent très soin. Ils peuvent également boire des bouteilles chaudes en dessous, très confortable. Viens vivre la prochaine fois!

This is a modern minimalistic boutique hotel that we enjoyed! The design of the hotel has zen elements (the creative zen garden layed vertically against the wall) that I really loved. The room itself is more of a wooden theme that is cozy and relatively spacious for Japanese hotel standard. There is sufficient space to lay the luggages and also to sit (a luxury in most Japanese hotels). However, the hotel is slightly further from kyoto station and require some walking (which is inconvenient for lugging the luggages as the pavement is bumpy). Also the hotel is situated beside a road and near a hotel, sometimes at night we could hear the ambulance sirens which may be a problem for light sleepers. However, really enjoyed the hotel's own bath house which looks very new and clean. It is equipped with dyson hair dryers and you can have free ice cream popsicles after your bath! A great way to end a tiring day full of walking in Kyoto :)

Facilité - 8/10, l'hôtel propose des sources chaudes à 10/F même si je ne l'ai pas essayé mais je pense que c'est une très grande valeur ajoutée d'avoir cela. Valeur - 9/10, l'Ala Hotel offre une valeur très élevée en termes de taille de chambre, d'emplacement et de service. Emplacement - 9/10, l'hôtel n'est qu'à environ 6-7 minutes de la gare de Kyoto et de l'arrêt de bus touristique. Chambres - 9/10, les chambres sont spacieuses et disposent de toilettes et de chambres séparées, comme c'est typique dans les hôtels japonais. Décoration - 10/10, la décoration est toute neuve, aussi bien dans les chambres que dans le lobby. Équipements - 8/10, l'hôtel propose un spa au 10ème étage, même si je ne l'ai pas essayé, je pense que c'est un ajout très précieux. Valeur - 9/10, l'Ala Hotel offre un très bon rapport qualité-prix en termes de taille de chambre, d'emplacement et de service.

Le personnel de l'hôtel était utile et fourni des informations en japonais et en anglais. Nous avons séjourné pendant 13 jours et nous avons été impressionnés par la détermination de l'hôtel ʻs de nous fournir des chambres propres, des serviettes et d'autres articles. Il y avait aussi de nombreux restaurants et possibilités de shopping excellentes. L'une des caractéristiques que nous appréciions beaucoup était le lave-linge. Nous appréciions aussi qu'il était calme.. ʻt même entendu des gens dans les halls ou portes près. Après avoir vécu à Kyoto depuis longtemps, c'est notre première fois de séjour dans un hôtel et nous le recommanderions certainement.

My friend and I arrived at the hotel early in the morning. The staff was nice and kept our luggage for us so that we could go out and explore the beautiful city of Kyoto. First impression, the exterior looks very Kyoto-esque, and the interior has a little hint that the brand is from Thailand. We got a room on the basement floor, which at first felt a little weird, but it was nice, clean, and had a window that allowed us to see the sky and get some fresh air. There was no moldy smell at all, which was a relief. Also, we spent most of the day outside anyway. Room is as cozy as the name suggests in the booking and it is super clean. The size is standard for Japan, with a smart design that includes normal-sized luggage storage under the bed. Bed is soft and the linens are clean. Only weird thing at first was that the sink is separate from the bathroom. But on second thought, maybe that's a good thing; one person can take a shower while another can brush their teeth. The shower room has a standing shower with great pressure and temperature control, but no bathtub. The amenities smell good, and the towels are good quality. Surprise! The free WiFi internet is super fast. I was able to back up 100 photos and 10 videos with no problem. Location: The hotel is in the middle of two underground train stations, so you can get in and out easily by walking for 3-4 minutes. However, for the first day, especially when you have a lot of luggage or big oversize luggage, and if you don't want to go around crossing the street looking for escalators or elevators, it's better to take a taxi. The hotel and Kyoto station are not too far apart at all. I know that taxi rides in Japan are rumored to be expensive, but it's up to you if you want to save your bag or your back. After you are free from your luggage, you can even walk 5-8 minutes to the shopping street or even 20-30 minutes to the famous Kiyomizu-dera Temple, which we did after recovering from 10 hours of sitting at the airport and on the flight. Since Kyoto has a lot to explore and there is great food out there, even food from combini Family Mart and 7-Eleven nearby, we did not try the room service or restaurant at the hotel. Sorry about that. In conclusion, this is a brand new, renovated hotel that is clean and has a nice location. I will revisit and recommend it to my family, friends, and favorite colleagues.
