This is a great space for your family and friends to enjoy with two spacious living rooms, large bedrooms (the master suite is so large you can fit 2 additional and provided mattresses), a yoga studio with 2 beds which works as 4th bedroom, and a great large table that can seat 10 which is perfect for both eating, puzzles, and game playing. The setup is perfect for up to 3 families. Whether you are wanting to explore all the area has to offer (skiing, hiking, hot springs, fishing, etc...) and/or looking for an awesome home with wifi, cable TV, and fully equipped kitchen, this is the ideal home base and getaway. We look forward to hosting your group! The neighborhood is across the street from the world class Durango Hot Springs! This home is new to the rental market and fully equipped with new furnishings. Come spend the winter in the snow! Kids ski free at Purgatory Ski Mountain until age 11. The property: -11 new memory foam mattresses with room darkening curtains throughout. -Huge sectional sofa seats up to 8! -Dining table seats 10. -75” smart tv in the living room has cable channels -Sonos speakers throughout -Unlimited WiFi internet has 300mbs speeds and a full signal everywhere in the house. -The kitchen is fully equipped with just about anything you would need to cook a meal. The second living room/ 5th bedroom: -Pac-Man/Galaga arcade game, board games, toddler toys and books -Yamaha keyboard -55” smart tv with DVD player -Plenty of space for setting up two provided beds for napping or overnight sleeping. The master Suite: -Memory foam King bed, memory foam twin/single and plenty of space to set up two more single beds. -A wall of windows and balcony over looking the beautiful red mountains. -The en-suite bathroom has an over-sized soaking tub, walk in shower and two separate vanities. The second bedroom: -One queen, one single/twin memory foam mattresses and room for a provided pack n play crib. -A sliding glass door out to the second floor balcony over looking the golf course and mountains. -A full bathroom is just a step away. The third bedroom: -A private door to a full bathroom. -Queen mattress -Glass sliding doors are connected to the yoga studio that has two single/beds set up. The yoga studio/4th bedroom: -Wrap around casement windows offer full views of the mountains and golf course. black out curtains. -Two memory foam mattresses are perfect for kids to sleep close to parents while still providing parents with privacy. Garage: Hot tub, pool table and 65” high definition cable tv. This is not a party house and we ask that you remember the neighbors are not on vacation. We ask that you keep things calm while outside enjoying the beautiful and peaceful scenery. We have a maximum of 6 adults and/or 6 children with a maximum combined occupancy of 10.
