I definitely would recommend this hotel. From PUJ to hotel is about an hour or so give or take on traffic. It was $90 each way and make sure to mention to your taxi or shuttle service the Hilton Garden Inn otherwise they will take you to the all inclusive Hilton which is about 20 minutes away. The hotel itself is fairly new about few months opened so that was a plus. If you want tranquil, relaxing, and quiet this is the spot. As soon as you walk through the front doors the staff is very welcoming, respectful, and very helpful. Wiley at the desk was amazing for my stay. The restaurant and bar staff wonderful especially Fluery (I hope I spelled it correctly). My room was beautiful with ocean balcony view. I did enjoy the pool, its not heated, but clean, and was maintained each morning that I was there. Pool towels are available for you if needed, and restrooms outside by the pool area. There was some building going on for the 6 days I was there, a concert was for that Saturday night so they were building the stage and stuff, I do wish that I was notified ahead of time so I could have decided to stay or not. Otherwise it was fine you got use to the noise basically. The food was good and they had the buffet for breakfast. There is a cute gift shop area located by the front desk. I did get to speak briefly to the GM upon my departure she was very nice. The owner Edwin was nice seen him a couple of times in the lobby/bar area during my stay, he was preparing for the concert. Make sure to visit the pier/tower/boat dock area that’s in back of the hotel. It has a mini beach area to swim, as well as take great photos and a shop that makes drinks. You will feel safe at this property with in in house security and the military personnel that is stationed outside back of hotel. It’s simply gorgeous! If you need to get groceries or anything they have the supermarket that is not far away called Jumbo. If you want to book an excursion you can go to front desk and they will assist you! The con for this property is no ATM, make sure you bring enough cash if you are looking to tip.

L'hôtel est super central dans la localité. Tout ce que vous avez besoin est accessible en 5 minutes (le lieu n'est pas si grand en soi) Le checkin a fonctionné super fix et les deux chambres réservées ont été aussi visibles dans les photos. Les chambres sont assez sombres par les sols et les meubles, mais ne laissez rien manquer. On nous demande chaque jour si nous voulons nettoyer les chambres. Le propriétaire José a été un soutien et a aidé à toutes les questions. Je reviendrai à l'hôtel à mon prochain séjour. Le thème « bruit » : qui voyagera en République dominicaine verra rapidement que les Dominicains aiment un peu plus lourd. Comme ici. Pas chaque soir, mais toujours, il joue de la musique et les motos bruyants traversent les petites rues. Mais ce sujet n'a rien changé dans l'atmosphère confortable de l'hôtel. C'est une « habitude » que l'on trouve dans de nombreux endroits. Le seul prédicatif de l'église pour le lundi soir, qui était à 23Uhr dans tout le lieu, était nouveau pour moi.

Nos vacances se terminent ce jour , la situation géographique est sympathique , le concept Adult Only appréciable. Concernant l'attribution de la chambre , pas de doléance particulière vu que nous avons payé un supplément pour la Chambre vue mer, petit bémol tout de même pour le nettoyage des chambres , des finitions malgré la rénovation loin d'être parfaites . Problème récurrent de chasse d'eau . Les repas malgré divers thèmes pas très variés . Visite de petites bestioles autour de certains plats..... Un petit plus pour les fruits qui étaient à notre goût . Quant à Mr J. Il fait son boulot de vendeur en cassant les autres prestataires de façon peu convenable qu'il vende ses produits je le conçois mais cela sans devoir dénigrer les autres prestataires qui en l'occurrence sont très bien et compétents :-) Cet hôtel au vu de la situation géographique aura de bons points lorsqu'il sera complètement rénové et que le personnel sera un peu plus aimable.
