Hiawatha

58 km to the northeast of Hämeenlinna, lake Jamoinjärvi 40 m (width approx. 0,9 km, length approx. 2.8 km), hard, gently deepening sand bottom. Two piers, own boat + electric outboard motor, sup-board and 2 kayaks.

Wooden villa 2000, expanded 2006, kitchen, living room with 1 bed, bedroom with double bed, sleeping alcove (sliding door) 1 bed. Upstairs bedroom with double bed, another bedroom with single bed and rattan furniture group and window that can be fully opened. In addition Dream'n Play Plus travel bed / extra bed for baby. The entrance to the smaller bedroom is through the larger bedroom. Passage to the upper floor via steep staircase. Electric sauna, hall, terrace.

A small terrace with gazebo. The villa has an air source heat pump, underfloor heating in the sauna and in the kitchen and electric radiators. Wifi 4G. Also Playstation 3 and some games. In the villa's cellar there is also a karaoke machine, ping-pong table, rackets and balls.

Separate lakeside sauna with wood-burning stove, dressing room, living room with fireplace and convertible sofa bed, covered terrace. Sauna building's fireplace room has minikitchen facilities without running water. There is electric radiator and fireplace for heating.

The grill place has a gas grill and also a ball grill. Next to the playing field is a lean-to, with a campfire place with benches and 2 sleeping bags for the lean-to.

There is a small storage building for firewood and hobby equipment on the plot. The villa has outdoor space and equipment for hobbies, e.g. for badminton, pétanque, mölkky and pole walking as well as fishing.

Please note, cottage is available not earlier than 5 pm on arrival day. Hiawatha is located in a quiet location, far from the neighbors, yet only three kilometers from the Hämeenlinna-Padasjoki highway; easy to come, but safe to spend a versatile and relaxing holiday. Remote work is also possible; many separate spaces and working wlan connections freely available.

From villa to the lakeside sauna and shore steep slope, grill terrace with furniture on the way, then steps on the rest of the way. The lake is clear watered. The villa has a lean-to and a fire-safe campfire site. Sunsets are often colorful here.

Possibility of charging an electric car for an additional fee at a travel charging station.

The rent includes 4 bicycles (1 electric bike, 1 for women, 2 geared bikes) and an electric outboard motor for the rowing boat.

The rent includes also two Core Evo kayaks. Note! The customer is responsible for the safe use of kayaks. The cottage's beach is suitable for practising the use of kayak. Inflatable sup board also available.

There are three frisbee golf baskets and three sets of different discs. The baskets form a triangular course, where the throwing distances can be adjusted to 40-60 meters; in addition, the routes are lined with trees, which increases the level of difficulty.

Loon's calls are often heard from the lake and there are also swans, mallards, owls, hares, etc. Hiawatha is a vacation spot surrounded by diverse nature for all ages. Experience the peace and quiet of nature in an authentic environment; forget the rush and the noise for a moment ... you can relax.

On the lean-to, you can practice your batch skills and also sleep "outside" in a safe environment. In autumn and summer, during the berry and mushroom picking season, there are usually plenty of blueberries and lingonberries and a great range of nature colors. In the immediate vicinity, there is a versatile terrain for nature walkers on Hiawatha's own land, and the EVO hiking area is also nearby, distance 10 km.
