The outside was in very bad condition. The American flag was a disgrace being torn bedraggled! The mattresses inside stained as well as the pillows. The floors are warped and felt like you might fall through. There is an oil stain in the hall and bathroom by the master bedroom. I guess oil not sure. The steps in the back rotting no rail and the back is muddy. There was a big brush pile preventing parking the second car. The front steps green algae all over. The good part is the kitchen and it looks like someone has tried to remodel the interior but the foundation should be repaired before putting in new flooring. The kitchen well equipped. I am uploading photos.

We stayed here while visiting family. It was a good location to get around town. Everything is clean and neat.

Great house and location
The property is so cute and so close to everything! The owners were so helpful and quick to respond with any questions I had! Would definitely recommend!!!

Great Property & Location
The location is central to many family-friendly places, and the house is really cute. There were some minor things that needed some maintenance. (Two dining room chairs had loose legs, and one collapsed when my daughter sat in it. The coating on the tub was peeling, so we had to buy a bath mat so the cracks and breaks wouldn't cut our feet.) The kids loved the wi-fi and access to TVs in their rooms.

Excellent, communication, check in was a breeze, location allowed us to walk and restaurants in area was awesome., neighborhood was quiet

Close to entertainment and comfortable
Couldn't have asked for anything better. Very clean. Beds were as comfortable as mine at home. Kitchen and bathrooms well equipped . Quite neighborhood yet close to excellent restaurants. Enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the evenings . Close enough to the waterfront to walk. Host very helpful with my questions. Looking forward to our next visit.
