You should be able to get anywhere within 10 minutes or less. House Rules and Policies - No smoking - No pets allowed - No events, parties or large gatherings - Must be at least 25 years old to book - Additional fees and taxes may apply - Photo ID may be required upon check-in - Please note that there is no room for parking boats, boat trailers, campers, recreational vehicles or the like at the property, but the marina is close by for rentals and parking; however, boat parking is only allowed up to 48 hours - Only registered guests are allowed in our home due to liability and the safety of our property - Total of “6” guests allowed at property (including adults, children, and infants). - There will be a separate rental agreement form and guest'sd names list form to fill out and sign. - Quiet hours are from 10pm - 7am.
