Grocery store is 0.2 miles away! - Window unit A/C system and Central heat will keep you comfortable year round! - Kitchen is fully stocked with appliances/utensils. - Access to the entire floor and front and back porches. - You’re welcome to park in any of the 3 driveway spots (Two garage spots and one concrete spot to the right of the driveway) or on the street! Just be sure to leave the driveway lane clear! (3 total spots only.
