We have stayed at Portclew on a number of previous occasions and it has always been of the highest standard. The rooms are very clean, beautifully decorated & comfortable. The breakfast is has a selection of cereals, fruit etc as well as cooked food & is excellent. Would highly recommend

I was booked in by my company as I was working in the area. When I was told it was a b&b, I wondered about how professional the owners would be. I found that the place is run like a top end fully fledged hotel, yet with all the personal touches you get from a small family run B&B. It looks like a mini stately home and the interior matches. The room has everything you could need and is all turned over and re-stocked daily whilst you are out. The breakfast is perfect, and the owners make sure that they take time to chat about your day, etc. I would return in a heartbeat. Thank you

Lovely house, nice big bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Clean and comfortable. Friendly owners, lovely breakfasts and good parking. Good location, beach within walking distance. Lots of nice walks close by and easy distance to Tenby, Saundersfoot and Narberth.

Our five night stay was characterised by excellence in all respects, from the warmth of the welcome, the genuine attentiveness, the comfortable, spotlessly clean accommodation and the delicious breakfasts. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

Great guesthouse, we stayed in the main house room #5. Spacious room, well maintained, very comfy bed. Breakfast excellent and great choice. Location is super, the owners/staff are friendly and welcoming. Very recommended.

We stayed in The Bullpen, a 2 bed self catering cottage in the grounds. It was just what we wanted for a week. Great location, quiet, awesome WiFi, really clean cottage with everything you need. Would highly recommend this little place, especially if you have children and a car as you are close to so much and yet have peace and quiet at night.

Highly recommend. Lovely cozy room with beautiful views and everthing you'd expect as extras such as a hot drink options, toiletries etc. Breakfast was delicious with different options and the owners were welcoming and kind. Will stay here again if visiting the area for sure

We stayed here for three nights whilst touring the Tenby area. This is a lovely old country house which the family have restored and run as an excellent bed and breakfast. There are also self catering cottages available. We were very pleased with our large double room. It was spotlessly clean, quiet, and well furnished with a really comfortable bed. Breakfasts were very good with lots of choices and were served in the large stylish dining room with views over the countryside. The pub in the village was closed on our first night so we went to the Dial Inn in Lamphey for dinner. The home cooked food was so good we ate there every night. There is a lovely sandy beach at Freshwater - great for an evening stroll. All in all we had a great stay and would happily stay at Portclew again.

Good value rooms that were nicely kept and within walking distance of a pub which served food and the beach - although a steep walk back! Breakfasts were generous and the owners were friendly. The views from the bedrooms over the garden and across the sweeping landscape were great. There was ample parking and it felt like being at home.

A lovely traditional building with nice spacious bedrooms. Stayed here for three nights and room was replenished daily with tea and coffee and fresh towels (if needed). Breakfast was delicious and service was very prompt and friendly. Close to Freshwater East beach and not far from other delightful beaches (by car). Would definitely recommend a stay here. They also have cottages attached for larger bookings.

Grabbed a two night stay here at short notice and felt so lucky to find availability. Lovely old property that has had extensive renovation, room had everything we needed, daily housekeeping, breakfasts were exceptional. The owners have gone to so much trouble to make this place so special and deserve heaps of praise for their efforts. Hope we can stay here again soon. Dave & Ann

Nice hotel peaceful area beach near to far away by car nice rooms and breakfast was excellent and service would recommend if you want to go Tenby. As not to far from Tenby The beach is sandy and in a nice cove

As a family we booked four rooms. We were not disappointed. Spacious, clean and comfortable. Modern shower with plenty of hot water. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. All at a reasonable price and better than many more costly hotels. Thank you all for making our stay so relaxing and pleasant

Friendly hosts who were very accommodating (letting me store my bike in the room). Lovely country location, within driving (or cycling) distance to Tenby. Nice breakfast with vegan and gluten free options. Room (whilst small) was count for table and clean and all at a great price.
