We stayed at hotel villa medici while visiting family to celebrate a wedding. We had fond memories of the hotel from a previous stay however we ended up very disappointed. The rooms were clean however the beds were uncomfortable with limited space to keep our luggage. We only stayed 3 nights (one of the days we were at the wedding and the other two we planned on staying by the pool and enjoying the sun which was the reason for the choice of this particular hotel). One day we were told there were no life guards from 1-3pm so we couldn’t use the pool and the other day we were told to leave the outside space completely as they had a function on for a wedding they were accommodating. We had paid for the facilities, however were told we weren’t allowed to use them. The indoor pool was also closed as they said it was only opened from September during the winter period, however this as well as the lack of lifeguard and the fact there was a wedding on so we couldn’t use the facilities was not communicated and not evident anywhere on the website. The receptionist was rude and very abrupt and when we asked to speak to the manager to resolve the issues he said he was busy and refused to show face. We waited around for him for 2 hours one day and 1 on the other day and although he was supposed to be there he hid away and let the receptionist deal with the matter at hand, to which she had no power over. The customer service here was very poor and we felt very let down and unwelcome. Between us we had 4 younger children who we had to find other entertainment for and we practically kicked out. only to be allowed in our rooms. If we had just wanted a place to sleep we would’ve booked elsewhere that was cheaper and more hospitable. We shall not be coming here again, although they offered us a stay for 2 people for one night we couldn’t accept that as compensation for a sour end to our lovely holiday, travelling all the way from England, baring in mind there were 9 of us in total. False advertising, bad customer service and a manager who hid away.

Situation dans le vert au milieu de la campagne, un endroit très tranquille et silencieux avec un grand parking près des chambres. Personnel gentil et très disponible. Chambres très propres, JE n'ai jamais trouvé un hôtel où tout le linge a été changé chaque jour et la chambre a été parfaitement nettoyée du haut au fond. Belle piscine. Seul le restaurant laisse un peu à désirer en ce qui concerne le service. Prix moyens et menus avec produits du territoire, bonne qualité. Palais récents et chambres assez spacieuses et très rationnelles, y compris salle de bain. Bon petit déjeuner Le conseil

Bella struttura con vista mare, parti comuni ben curate, camere pulite, ottima colaziona con ampia scelta tra dolce e salato, nella media un buon soggiorno. Non comodissima la scalinata di ben oltre 80 scalini per raggiungere la spiaggia e la pista ciclabile, oltre all'attraversamento della strada trafficata per raggiungerla. Personale cortese e gentile, nel suo complesso un bel hotel. Alcuni aspetti che non mi hanno permesso di dare una valutazione migliore tenendo conto che è un 4 stelle sono stati: ci hanno dato una camera quadrupla con oltre il letto matrimoniale due singoli soppalcati ma noi eravamo in due e pertanto non c'era molto spazio per le valige, vi erano una sedia e uno sgabello con un rivestimento tipo lana quello dello sgabello macchiato, un mini televisore forse 18 pollici, assenza di ciabattine, parcheggio di fianco alla struttura lasciato libero senza riferimenti che quando ci sono eventi può diventare difficile parcheggiare. Un unico ascensore per una struttura di 6 piani più il piano -1 dove si fanno le colazioni forse è poco. Sono dettagli che se migliorati portano la struttura ad essere un vero 4 stelle visto che il prezzo è da 4 stelle.

Si vous passez la nuit dans cette ville, c'est un super hôtel. L'emplacement est très bon, les environs sont très calmes et il y a de très bons restaurants à proximité. Si vous aviez séjourné ici, vous n'auriez pas choisi un autre hôtel.

Le personnel était très courtois, ami et gentil. Très bon et confortable. La chambre est très spacieuse et la salle de bain est confortable pour deux personnes. Mini frigo avec chaudière d'eau, tasses et sacs de thé disponibles. Voici la seule « plainte » que j'ai et la raison pour laquelle j'ai donné seulement 3/5 étoiles en nettoyage car elles n'ont pas été nettoyées et refroidées des anciens clients qui restaient dans la chambre. Le petit déjeuner est très typique de la région (paissons douces, toasts, café et jus).
