Hôtels près de Lac Jiu Long, Ningbo

After reserving, I received a courtesy call from the hotel, and we then connected on WeChat since I don’t speak Chinese. The hotel introduced me to Long, the housekeeper, who coordinated our entire stay with great care and attention. Before our arrival, they asked if we had any special requests. As my wife and I were celebrating our anniversary, I asked them to decorate the room with flowers—and they did a beautiful job. They also asked about our dinner and breakfast preferences and were impressively organized in their preparations. We arrived on a Saturday afternoon, but our taxi had trouble locating the hotel. I called Long, and he immediately came out to meet us—a huge help! When we checked in, they welcomed us with refreshments and even surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade. The room had a bathtub, which our three-year-old son especially loved. To our delight, they had thoughtfully prepared a child’s hygiene kit for him, including kid-friendly soap, shampoo, and a dental kit. We also received a handwritten note, a fresh fruit bowl, and a lovely bouquet of flowers. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, spotless, and very tastefully decorated. There’s a small indoor play area for children, including a slide, tent, and games—our son played there every day. We also enjoyed strolling around the grounds and spending time at the scenic swimming pool, which is nestled in the mountains. The food was another highlight: we had a delicious Chinese dinner and a traditional Chinese breakfast, both full of flavor. Throughout our stay, Long was incredibly helpful and made our trip truly special. Thank you, Long! I highly recommend Lost Villa. They have other locations as well, and we’re definitely looking forward to staying with them again.

Installations : Hôtel très récent, emplacement idéal avec un bon feng shui, juste à côté d'une zone commerciale. Les chambres sont très calmes et les installations sont neuves. Cependant, je n'étais pas habitué à la séparation des espaces sec et humide dans la salle de bain. Je suggère d'ajouter un tapis antidérapant, car il est facile de glisser et de tomber. Cela représente un risque pour la sécurité, soyez vigilants. Je suggère également de remplacer les chaussons jetables par des tapis antidérapants. Le carrelage est un peu glissant, et ce serait un geste appréciable. Ambiance : Le thé est servi dans le hall l'après-midi et un souvenir est offert au départ, une attention très appréciable. Service : La gestion de cet hôtel est excellente et le personnel est très professionnel. Le directeur est très accueillant et la serveuse, Mme He, dont le nom contient le caractère « Han », a fourni un service particulièrement impeccable et mérite des félicitations. Elle était chaleureuse et attentionnée ! Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

I had a fantastic stay at Pan Pacific Ningbo, and I especially want to thank Igor for making my visit so memorable. From the moment I arrived, he was incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely cared about ensuring everything went smoothly. Although my stay was short and very busy, his kindness and attention to detail stood out. It’s rare to meet someone who makes guests feel so comfortable and valued. Thank you, Igor . Hôtel bien situé près d'un centre commercial. Managé par un équipe de jeunes plein de bonne volonté. La chambre est très confortable avec tous les aménagements nécessaires. J'ai demandé le réveil à 05:30 , ce qui a été respecté.

Ce séjour au Novotel Ningbo East a été une expérience formidable ! Dès mon arrivée, j'ai ressenti le professionnalisme et l'attention du personnel. Je tiens à féliciter tout particulièrement Jane à la réception. Il était très tard ce soir-là, et j'étais inévitablement un peu fatigué après un voyage. Jane, toujours souriante, m'a aidée avec patience et rapidité dans mes démarches et m'a gentiment rappelé l'heure du petit-déjeuner, les horaires d'ouverture de la salle de sport et d'autres informations. Sachant que c'était ma première visite à Ningbo, elle m'a recommandé avec enthousiasme les attractions et les spécialités culinaires des environs. Ma recommandation pour la vieille rue de Nantang était amplement méritée, m'ayant permis de goûter aux saveurs authentiques de Ningbo. La chambre était chaleureuse et élégante, avec des équipements complets et propres, une literie douce et confortable et une bonne nuit de sommeil. Le petit-déjeuner du deuxième jour était encore plus surprenant, avec une grande variété de plats chinois et occidentaux, des raviolis Ningbo fraîchement préparés aux exquises pâtisseries occidentales, pour tous les goûts. L'hôtel bénéficie d'un emplacement idéal et est très pratique pour voyager. Les installations environnantes sont complètes, avec boutiques et restaurants. Lors de mon départ, Jane m'a offert un petit cadeau, ce qui m'a fait chaud au cœur. Que ce soit au niveau du service ou des équipements, le Novotel Ningbo East est impeccable. Je choisirai sans hésiter cet hôtel lors de mon prochain séjour à Ningbo !

Fully Stocked Mini Bar: The mini bar was a pleasant surprise. It was well-stocked, allowing guests to indulge in their favorite beverages and snacks. However, there were a couple of areas where the hotel fell short: Toiletry Oversight: Unfortunately, the housekeeping team overlooked the essential toiletries. I missed having a dental kit, comb, body cream, and shower gel. Even the shampoo was absent from the toiletries collection. Tiny Bottles: In the cabinet, I found only tiny bottles of body wash and shampoo. While they were functional, I expected more comprehensive amenities. In summary, CITIC Ningbo International Hotel offers a nostalgic charm, excellent location, and stylish ambiance. With a little attention to detail, it could regain its former glory. 衞生間：可能是開的時間久了，維護稍差一些，我們住的那個房間也不知道到底算智能馬桶還是不是，反正手動沖水感覺馬桶要堵，要等一會兒智能馬桶不工作的狀態再受手動沖一次，才能算沖完馬桶（為了方便酒店改進，寫得過於詳細了） 房間：冰箱真的可有可無，因為實在太吵了。 其他設施都ok，可以接受。 酒店的晚餐菜味道還行，就是那個米飯啊，真的是不知道怎麼回事，特別不好吃。早飯蠻豐盛的，比較健康，建議多一點可以配白粥的小菜。 酒店的咖啡還蠻不錯的，熱拿鐵點贊👍，套餐送的下午茶沒來得及吃，還給打包了，特別好。酒店晚上還有小朋友的活動，也蠻好的。地理位置挺好的，這次來的時間也蠻好的，一點沒感覺到熱，酒店自帶小溪流，整體設計看得出當年是很有心思的，有一種偏安一隅的幽靜。

這次入住體驗滿分好評！酒店位置很好，出行、覓食都很方便。一進房間就感覺很清爽，衞生細節拉滿，床單被罩乾淨，衞浴收拾得乾乾淨淨沒有異味。床墊軟硬適中，枕頭很舒服，加上隔音不錯，一覺睡到天亮。前台工作人員熱情有禮貌，入住退房效率高，保潔阿姨打掃也很細心。同等價位裏性價比絕了，不管是出差還是旅行都很合適，已經推薦給朋友，再來還住這裏。
