Customer service was wonderful as per usual. Room was clean and tidy. Staff friendly and welcoming. The location is convenient to everything and the breakfast buffet was top tier. This will always be my go to hotel.

The hostel is in a great location, very close to the city centre and within easy walking distance. The cleanliness was okay overall, although the extractor fan in the bathroom wasn’t working properly, so the room felt a little damp. One very positive detail was the hand soap and shampoo provided, they smelled amazing. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, and the common area is comfortable and cosy. There is no kitchen, but coffee and snacks are available. There can be some noise from the other rooms and from doors being slammed. I was a little unlucky during my stay because there was a children’s football team staying at the hostel. They were quite noisy late at night and early in the morning, knocking on doors, shouting and running through the corridors. Of course, this wasn’t the hostel’s fault, but unfortunately it made my stay less enjoyable. Overall, I would still recommend this hostel, especially to women travelling solo. I felt safe and comfortable during my stay.

En vérité, c'était une réservation de panique ! Après que LNER ait annulé tous les trains en direction sud depuis Newcastle, j'ai simplement choisi l'endroit le moins cher que j'ai pu trouver dans la ville dans laquelle j'étais bloqué. Avec easyHotel, l'enregistrement s'est déroulé de manière très fluide, même si nous avons dû attendre un peu dans la file d'attente. Les réceptionnistes étaient sympathiques et serviables et nous ont accompagnés à l'arrivée et au départ. En arrivant dans notre chambre, c'était vraiment confortable mais cela faisait absolument l'affaire pour ce dont nous avions besoin pour la nuit ! C'était propre, le lit était confortable, il y avait la télévision pour se divertir, une table et une chaise si vous en avez besoin, les toilettes étaient impeccables et la douche avait une pression d'eau merveilleuse. Nous avons même été autorisés à commander de la nourriture chez Deliveroo à deux reprises, ce que nous avons vraiment apprécié après un long et décevant voyage de trains annulés et de conditions météorologiques difficiles. Nous avons eu un dîner amusant dans notre chambre tout en regardant le rugby, cela nous a permis de passer un séjour très agréable ! Nous avons très bien dormi et nous sommes rafraîchis pour une nouvelle journée sans aucun problème. Le check-out s'est bien sûr une fois de plus déroulé sans heurts et une fois que nous sommes sortis de l'easyHotel à la lumière du jour, nous avons pu apprécier le magnifique paysage de Newcastle dans lequel nous étions nichés ! L'emplacement était étonnamment si agréable et je n'aurais pas pu rêver d'un séjour accidentel plus parfait dans une nouvelle ville. Cela a définitivement soulagé une grande partie de notre fatigue et de notre déception de la veille. Certainement un 10/10, je vous recommanderais de séjourner à easyHotel si vous prévoyez un court voyage ou une alternative bon marché ♡

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, but it’s quite a walk to the main attractions. The reception staff were very friendly, and the service overall was excellent. However, the hotel itself feels a bit dated and could use some renovation.

Conveniently situated right next to the train station and city centre. Friendly staff, spacious rooms and comfortable bed. I only wish the swimming pool and sauna area was open for more hours of the day.

Booked a room away from the lift. Gave us a room next to the lift. Went down to see ifcwe could get it changed as we wanted a quiet room On check in we requested this so obviously next to the lift facing the stack is not a quiet room. Next room was directly above the hotels air conditioning unit gave up as obviously the receptionist was having a serious customer service melt down especially when we went out 10 minutes later and she called over ..is that room OK for you? Obviously not as the air conditioning unit screamed all night long we just said yes as what was the best room going to be ?? Certainly will not be back thanks to the totally piss taking receptionist

L'hôtel est situé dans le centre de la ville de Paris, où il est situé dans le centre de la ville de Paris. La chambre double standard était ”cosy”. Il n'y avait pas beaucoup d'espace, mais nous étions en plein air, donc il était bon juste pour un endroit pour dormir. La location est bonne, certainement une zone étudiante et l'hôtel offre des oreilles pour le bruit. Nous avons passé la semaine et, sincèrement, nous n'avons pas trouvé que les lieux forts et les lieux étaient fermés et tranquilles pour une période d'au moins midi. Nous avons utilisé le métro West Jesmond pour arriver et partir du centre-ville, l'hôtel est à environ 8 minutes à pied du métro, ils sont très fréquents aussi, donc tout dans je pense qu'il a pris plus de 15 minutes pour arriver directement au centre-ville. La chambre était donc en général ok, notre chambre avait un peu d'odeur provenant des drains, qui n'était pas très agréable, donc nous avons dû acheter un spray pour la chambre. La principale question avec la chambre et l'hôtel est la chaleur!! Il a été seulement 28 degrés dans le nouveau château et l'extérieur était plus froid que le Chambre. Nous avons acheté du chocolat et il a fondu dans un couvercle. Ils vous donnent un fan, mais être honnête, il n'a rien fait. La fenêtre était aussi petite, donc pas d'air vraiment entré de là. Il a fait pour quelques nuits inconfortables dormir! La propreté était globalement bonne, mais à peu près chaude.

The room was in the top floor and felt quiet. It’s very convenient to have the bar and restaurant just downstairs. I didn’t try the food but it was looking nice. The WiFi was good and the facilities in the room were great too with free tea and coffee. The bed could be improved but it was okay for a night. The room has in suite bathroom.

Spent a night here. Had to keep my windows open for ventilation as there was no air conditioning nor fan in the room. Location is okay, one bus from city centre. Receptionists are nice and easy to talk to. Many thanks for the tea and coffee made available in the room.

I booked this for my Grandaughter and I to attend an appointment in Newcastle at 1.30pm and also a concert in the evening at the arena. Arriving well before check in at 3pm, the receptionist kindly allowed us to park in the hotel car park thus enabling us not to have to move the car from the metro station opposite later. This was a great help- thankyou. We checked in after our appointment and got our key for room 23. It was nice and cosy with the heating on and extremely clean. I did struggle to turn off the cold tap fully in the bathroom but my Grandaughter sorted it...maybe needs some attention from a professional. After getting changed, we headed back up town on the metro where we enjoyed seeing Rick Astley. It was quite late when we returned hungry but the hotel was fine with us ordering a McDonald's delivery from Kingston Park. All in all with breakfast included in the price, we had a super time.
