Personnel amical à la réception Bonne location. La salle de bains de ma chambre a une odeur inconfortable, une odeur, peut-être les tubes des toilettes, était propre, mais l'odeur était très inconfortable. Pas bon pour les somneurs légers comme moi - peut entendre les bêtises dehors et les gens dehors de nuit. Le train qui traverse le pont est un bruit lil et les invités dans une autre chambre fait du bruit. Les gardiens de maison qui travaillent dur et qui font un travail EXCELENT 💫💫💫 Bon prix pour l'argent.

An amazing stay at Hampton by Hilton Newcastle! The location is unbeatablejust 2-minute walk from Newcastle Central Station, and only 10 minutes to Quayside and St. James' Park, super convenient for travel and sightseeing. Le petit déjeuner chaud gratuit était fantastique, avec des waffles frais, un petit déjeuner anglais classique et même un porridge, parfait pour tous les goûts. La chambre était propre, calme et confortable, avec un lit confortable, un bureau de travail ergonomique et un WiFi gratuit à grande vitesse, idéal pour les voyages de loisirs et les affaires. 24-hour Le bureau frontal a offert un excellent service avec le stockage des bagages, et la salle de sport 24-hour avec les motos Peloton était un bon bonus.

Nous avons réservé une suite junior. À l'arrivée nous avons été bienvenus et bien vérifiés. Nous avons reçu notre clé et nous avons dit qu'il était dans la chambre 118. Il nous a été dit qu'il fallait monter un étage dans l'ascenseur et descendre les escaliers, car notre chambre était entre les étages. Si j'avais su que je n'aurais pas réservé, je voyage avec ma mère qui est post-chirurgicale avec un nouveau cou, et les escaliers et les bagages étaient un peu difficiles. Il était composé d'une salle de séjour/de manger/de cuisine avec un canapé, une télévision et une cuisine assez pleine, c'est-à-dire un vent, un réfrigérateur avec une glace, une micro-ondes, un lave-vaisselle et une machine à laver. La chambre était très petite, le lit était absolument énorme, il avait aussi une télévision à l'intérieur. La seule grippe que j'avais eue était qu'il n'y avait qu'un chauffeur électrique et c'était dans la chambre, donc si vous étiez froid, je devais aller dans la chambre.... si je restais là encore... mais peut-être dans une chambre qui n'avait pas besoin de monter les escaliers.

Everything was as expected except for clenness - the cups and spoons were not cleaned, there were stains of coffe or tea from the previous stay, we washed them. The most terrible part was bathroom: - there was a stainfull unwashed towel on the bathroom floor as we entered the room but even worse was the shower cabin. It was all slippery from the previous person’s shower and lots of short shaved hairs - all in all, the room was ok but the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. One more thing to mention would be a lot of noises from other guests which explains the poor sound-proofing of rooms.

I don't think there a better location if your coming to Newcastle on train. The hotel is just infront of the train station and metro. Lots of good food option everything is walkable from the hotel. Tidy rooms comfortable bed good price.

J'y ai passé quatre nuits dans un bel hôtel propre et bien situé. Le parking était très étroit et discutable mais le personnel l'avait très bien organisé. Si je suis à nouveau par là, j'envisagerais de revenir ici.

The room was in the top floor and felt quiet. It’s very convenient to have the bar and restaurant just downstairs. I didn’t try the food but it was looking nice. The WiFi was good and the facilities in the room were great too with free tea and coffee. The bed could be improved but it was okay for a night. The room has in suite bathroom.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was not very comfortable. The air conditioning in the room was completely ineffective and did not cool the space at all. Although the room was equipped with a small fan, it was nowhere near sufficient for two people, especially during a heatwave. The bathroom extractor fan was also not working, which meant that after taking a shower, the room became even hotter and more humid. As the window could not be opened, there was no way to get fresh air or any ventilation. We ended up spending a very uncomfortable and restless night due to the excessive heat. The hotel’s location is not particularly central, but it is reasonably close to the city centre. One positive aspect is that it offers free parking and breakfast, which is definitely appreciated. Overall, if the air conditioning were properly repaired, I would be happy to consider staying here again in the future.

I booked this for my Grandaughter and I to attend an appointment in Newcastle at 1.30pm and also a concert in the evening at the arena. Arriving well before check in at 3pm, the receptionist kindly allowed us to park in the hotel car park thus enabling us not to have to move the car from the metro station opposite later. This was a great help- thankyou. We checked in after our appointment and got our key for room 23. It was nice and cosy with the heating on and extremely clean. I did struggle to turn off the cold tap fully in the bathroom but my Grandaughter sorted it...maybe needs some attention from a professional. After getting changed, we headed back up town on the metro where we enjoyed seeing Rick Astley. It was quite late when we returned hungry but the hotel was fine with us ordering a McDonald's delivery from Kingston Park. All in all with breakfast included in the price, we had a super time. Ayant réservé le mauvais vol et étant arrivé un jour plus tôt, j'ai réservé cette auberge de jeunesse à l'aéroport, car c'était le seul endroit proposant une chambre triple à proximité. Le trajet en taxi a été court et le personnel très accueillant. La chambre était très bon marché, à peine plus de 300 pesos. La salle de bain et la douche étaient partagées et, je ne sais pas si je me suis trompé dans les réglages, mais il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude. La chambre était un peu petite, mais la literie était très propre. Il fait un peu frais à Newcastle à cette période de l'année, mais la chambre était bien chaude tard le soir. Il y a un supermarché près de l'auberge.
