The room is clean, but quite old. The aircon is not cool and the refrigerator is not working. The hallway also felt stuffy. But staffs are friendly and the food taste great

Nice hotel to stay in Balikpapan, location litte bit unique because going high from mainroads, breakfast also unable to request eggs.

This is my second time staying here, and once again, I had a pleasant experience. The room and bathroom were clean, and the facilities were excellent. The breakfast offered a good variety of food, though I hope to see improvements in flavor in the future. Additionally, I noticed that some of the beds are a bit worn and no longer as firm as they should be—hopefully, this can be addressed. Overall, it's still a great place to stay

The room is a decent size with view of the sea. The room needs a deep clean and carpet needs cleaning or replace. The gym is not bad but it’s turn off to use and sauna aswell. The breakfast is not bad but the omelette dish goes out quick. The staff don’t make it a less you ask I guess budget control. The housekeeping clean my room but not added small towels for each night. The hotel close to old shopping mall and few shops open coffee shop has fresh Doughnuts.

Great location for business trips, very strategic and easy to access. The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for resting after meetings. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Amenities were sufficient and everything worked well. Overall, a pleasant and convenient stay for business travelers. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Lokasi hotel ditengah kota ..dekat dengan mall ..cukup berjalan kaki sudah sampai. Terdapat kolam renang dan fasilitas room service yang ramah.... Nampaknya sarana prasarana sudah banyak perbaikan

pertama dapat kamar ada kecoa, bau dan super lembab😢 padahal dah 2x nginap disini dpt unit yg aman tapi minta ganti resepsionis dan untungnya bisa diganti terus kamar yg sudah di ganti bermasalah di ac kamarnya yang ga dingin sama sekali😢😔 tapi untungnya lokasi apartemen strategis jadi mudah kalau mau kemana mana

Je dois être objective avec toutes mes révisions, et en tant que telle, je ne peux absolument pas recommander ce lieu. Pour la même raison que vous, vous êtes prospectifs, j'ai réservé pour son proximité avec l'aéroport, mais vous paiez une prime pour cela lorsque les meilleurs hôtels situés plus loin coûtent moins, Comme les spectateurs de cette évaluation, j'ai voulu se reposer confortablement quelque part, et après avoir vu le score de l'évaluation (il n'y a absolument pas de façon à ce que ce soit un vrai 9+), j'ai choisi de rester. Premièrement, je n'ai pas de problèmes sérieux avec le personnel, bien que, après avoir quitté ma chambre à l'entrée, l'un des personnels de nettoyage me filmait près de son téléphone et après l'entrée, l'autre membre du personnel m'a dit que je ne devais pas ramener les femmes dans la chambre. (la méchanceté de suggérer qu'un invité peut ramener un **********!) La boue d'eau de la chambre est de l'égout et elle a été contaminée, car ma peau était mouillée et fondue après la douche qui était froide (pas d'eau chaude) et quand je ”lavais” mes mains. La plus mauvaise partie de ce lieu (et j'ai payé 17 $) n'était pas qu'une table de lit/duvet, mais seulement une serviette qui n'est certainement pas lavée quotidiennement et est donc la même que celle qui a été sur les corps de plusieurs clients, qui est détestable. Le petit déjeuner qu'ils ont offert était bon, mais le café était insensible. Payez pour un taxi au centre-ville et même après le tarif de retour aéroport vous paierez la même pour un hôtel de meilleure qualité. Je ne peux pas recommander ce lieu pour le prix.
