I did a webcheck in morning but not received on mail or watsapp. I rushed to airport. Dis got confused here they said web check is done & they didn't issue me a boarding pass. Coz of that i missed my flight. Overall services are good from your end. It's really making my life easy to do my bookings, either is flight, hotel, cab etc very easily.

Place is very centrally located Nice hotel with all the basic facilities Check in and checkout were super smooth Rooms and bathrooms are well maintained, very clean and hugenic Food is very good, we had both veg and non veg. They do only inroom dining and personally i dont like it, so requested for a place to have dinner, they organised the dinner in the lobby It also has a cute small swimming pool on the too floor Very budget friendly place Highly recommended

This was my second time staying in this hotel, previously i booked a standard room & this time i booked a deluxe room expecting a better room & space but the room was even worse, dirty bedsheets, dirty towels. Washroom was very small, even smaller than the standard room, dirt stains were all over the washroom floor & mirror. I asked the housekeeping to give me fresh & clean towels but that guy gave me the same dirty towel after some time saying this was a fresh one. Room service was so delayed, you have to make multiple calls & remind the staf what you have asked for. Ac was not working properly, it was too old & took almost an hour to cool the room. Food was good though.

I had plans to stay in Ludhiana for 16 days before departing for Goa for couple of weeks. However, I wasn’t sure whether or not it would be a good idea to book the whole stay in one hotel, So I booked the ANNTILIA INN for 4 nights. If it was below my expectations, I would have checked out after 4 nights to go to another hotel. But only on day one, I fell in love with the place. My room was huge, with all the facilities I wanted. Every single member of staff looked after me as if I was a member of their family. The owners are Garag Brothers, all three of them were very hospitable and cordial and they are all down to earth. Suraj and Sonu in the house keeping always turned up as soon as they were called and also kept my room tip-top. Dinesh, Anjali, Gagandeep and Jasleen always had a welcoming smile, whenever they saw me. What can I say about the GM Ravinder Sharma, he’s an uncut Diamond. On day 2 of my stay, I got talking to him about the spinal surgery I was to go far in the Fortis, Ludhiana. He told me that his wife had similar problem and was treated successfully by a great neurologist at NeuroCity hospital. He kindly drove me to the NeuroCity hospital in his own car to see Dr Batra. Cut a long story short, it was due to Ravinder taking me to see Dr Batra that my problem has been fixed with Physiotherapy instead of surgery. So, this experience of mine can show you how caring the people are at this hotel. This is where I will book to stay whenever I need to stay in Ludhiana in the future.

thank you bobby, reema, sarvjeet, vishakha for all kind of my needs. my stay is very nice jist for your all staff. its my again very nice stay in this property. this is my 27th stay in this hotel and one more think about gym there is also very nice trainner and well maintain machines.

I have stayed for a night. My overall experience at the hotel was great. I have order dinner from hotel and it was delicious. Hotel ambience is great, rooms and bathroom are spacious. Location is also good. I recommend stay at hotel.

We are staying with family members. Very good and comfortable stay at nagpal hotel... Rooms was very near and clean ,and washroom was also clean. Food was very tasty.. all staff was very friendly and helpful person.. special thanks for Mr.Indresh Singh F&b manager he was very supportive and helpful person..

It was nice food quality and always like to stay good and comfortable stay. I recommend my friends to do stay and enjoy the food quality and nice hosting.

Entré dans la réception, le récepteur et le gardien de la chambre ont eu des arguments avec nous, assis entre, quand nous avons sorti nous étions montrés des chambres, entré dans le lit, regardé les printes et plongés dans le lit, à un dîner de convention, le repas. Il était bon, mais l'un des gardiens a commencé à me faire sentir énergique et puis j'ai réalisé qu'il était bu ou qu'il était après un coup. Après un certain temps, il est revenu avec certitude que le coucher était assez épais et bu. Alors le temps de dormir oui le lit de pâte et quand les couvercles ont été dépliés les feuilles étaient sales. Tout le reste peut aller mal après un long jour. L'ensemble de la structure doit être réformé et votre personnel doit être enseigné beaucoup sur le secteur de l'hospitalité si vous voulez être un hôtel d'affaires. Plus de professionnalisme requis et vous pouvez aussi faire votre rassemblement complet et les lits ****** avec des matraques et des lits. Je ne reviendrai jamais ici donné un choix même gratuit, les canapés dans la chambre ont des trous table est trop grande pour la chambre, s'il vous plaît s'assurer que le temps de garder le concours u buck up

It's not good. As normally in 3 star property breakfast provided in buffet. But here they provide in room that is very late @8:30 that is also not fresh, and i ask some things from waiter, he reply very rudely that why don't you ask in one go, now it will talk at-least 10 min more. Construction is going out side the hotel so it's not approachable, even i have called hotel staff to come out side and show me way.
