About 10 KM to Horton Plains NP, exceptionally lovely scenery. Proximity to the NP is marred by the abysmal road conditions, driving on which can be bone crushing- even though this is not the fault of the owner. The manager and the staff are excellent, they try to serve you with full attention and to the best of available resources. Description on the website is accurate and the owner writes promptly and clearly without fanfare or lies. Food is excellent, although they tend to limit the portions- say one small piece of chicken per dinner plate!! Even so, food is excellent and they make what you order. Rooms are well appointed. Bathrooms are not very clean. Again, this is not due to lack of staff or resources but carelessness, which is a shame. Rooms are otherwise well appointed. Overall though one should expect more for the price you pay for the room and board. By local standards this place is expensive. Given the poor road condition, proximity to the park is not that meaningful and staying in other places may be better. Make sure that you take cash, because CC don't work neither here and certainly not at the main gate of the Horton Plains NP which attracts many tourists but has no facilities for the money you pay as a foreigner, which is also a shame for a country struggling with financial hardships.

Nous avons eu la chance de pouvoir séjourner deux nuits dans cet endroit extraordinaire. La chambre était sublime avec une vue à couper le souffle . Les repas étaient délicieux et le personnel toujours souriant et aux petits soins. La piscine un coin de repos et de détente. Nous pouvons seulement recommander cet hôtel ,qui est à un endroit incontournable qu'on ne doit pas rater .

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits dans cette hotel. La vue La vue est superbe y compris depuis les bungalows Les chambres L’idée des bungalows isolés en forme de ruche est bonne sur le principe. Par contre peu ou pas d’isolation entre la partie chambre et la partie salle de bain/toilette….bonjour l’intimité. La décoration des chambres manque cruellement de goût.. mais c’est effectivement une histoire de goût. Le service Le personnel est très gentil est accueillant mais pas au niveau attendu pour le prix payé. De plus on avait demandé à l’hotel de nous réserver des billets de train pour un voyage 2eme classe reserved seats. Il nous ont facturé une somme indécente pour le service rendu et nous n’avons pas obtenu les billets demandés. Ce qui nous a laissé la désagréable impression de nous être fait flouer. Nourriture du restaurant et du petit déjeuner de faible qualité et sans saveur. La viande est souvent trop cuite. Dans l’ensemble, le prix demandé pour cet hotel est beaucoup trop élevé pour le niveau de service délivré. Nous avons eu l’occasion de séjourner dans des hotels de bien meilleur qualité pour beaucoup moins cher au Sri Lanka. Je ne recommande pas cet hotel. Rapport qualité / prix décevant.

Great location 2 minute walk to the centre high street in Ella and 5 minutes from the Ella station. The staff are extremely friendly and the rooms are clean with en-suite as well. Fast WiFi available. The breakfast was perfect to fuel you for a day of travelling. Would absolutely recommend this for any travellers that are passing through Ella.

L'hôtel 4 chambres est situé à Ella et offre une vue magnifique et un service de garde spécial pour le gestionnaire et pour son soutien et son aide avec des conseils et des voyages. Il a recommandé à un chauffeur de tuk tuk d'aider à organiser votre visite qui nous recommande vraiment qui est professionnel et raisonnablement coûté. La nourriture est étonnante et recommanderait le poulet de poulet.

it’s a very satisfying stay at Moi Ella. Mr Jerry looked after us very well. He provided us with unimaginable services, which exceeded our expectations. We all (11 of us) spent the 3 days very happily and comfortably. And the entire staff including Sayura at reception were really friendly and very supportive. I would definitely give 10/10 for this entire hotel experience. And we would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family without a doubt. Thumbs up for Mr. Jerry’s fine attitude. We really appreciate him for comforting us in every way possible. This property has super views from roof top floor. Surrounding is very clean and well maintained. Roadway is pretty simple and has plenty of parking space. Rooms are clean and we really enjoyed all their different menu food items throughout our stay. Nice hotel and we would definitely visit again if God wills. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ 👍🏻🙏🏻😊

酒店在山林裏，環境很好，有很大的露台，老闆是一對很和善的夫妻，早餐也很豐盛，紅茶很好喝，可以在酒店附近各種拍照，在樓台拍到了星空，銀河和螢火蟲。性價比超級高，非常推薦

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Der Besitzer ist sehr nett, half uns bei allem und hat uns Essen organisiert, denn es war ein Feiertag und nichts hatte offen. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen . Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und die Aussicht ebenfalls.

Jusqu'à présent, vous habitez sur le bâtiment, malheureusement. En raison de la construction dans la salle de bain, il y a beaucoup de raids et de divorces. Mais! Il y a un tacooooooo look! Et nous avons été très bien décorés avec la salle pour notre lune de miel. Très bon petit déjeuner !
