A new apartment hotel in a quiet place, there is underground parking, a supermarket and a clothing store next door, a fully equipped kitchen and an option for breakfast delivered to the room. We were two families and we really enjoyed the warm and professional service. highly recommend .

Hands down one of the best hotel stays I have experienced. We stayed 3 weeks and initially I was concerned it would be too long, but I didn't want to leave. Rooms were spacious and clean. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Beautiful view from the balcony. Location was close to City Center, a few minutes with an Uber or Bolt. The breakfast was good and enough variety. The staff in the restaurant was attentive and professional. The staff at the pool and pool bar was great. The pool itself was big enough and even on busy days not overly crowded. Great for swimming laps when not busy (usually mornings). The front desk staff was helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to going back next year

Cherchez-vous · Location à quelques pas du centre et de la vieille ville, mais il est encore une 20-25 minutes de marche. Chambre propre. Petit déjeuner moyen. Le zucchini profond frit est très bon. Le centre-ville est très confortable et très confortable. Parmi les raisons, c'est que l'éclairage de l'hôtel est blanche et froide et que les lumières sont trop fortes dans les chambres (sauf dans la salle de bains, où il n'est pas assez fort). Suggestion de gestion : Contrairement à la situation de l'hôtel, vous pouvez ajouter quelques plantes pour réduire le sentiment stérile. Le petit déjeuner était très chaud, le style de l'ascenseur (peut-être adapté aux retraités?). J'étais déjà suspecté des questions de paiement lorsque le propriétaire m'a demandé si je voulais changer la carte de crédit que j'avais utilisé pour la réservation via un autre site Web. (Est-ce que c'est pour annuler ma réservation originale afin d'éviter de payer une commission à ces personnes?) Comme la réservation de carte de crédit pour la deuxième nuit n'a jamais été annulée même si nous avons décidé de rester une nuit seulement, j'ai dû écrire et plaindre. Enfin, j'ai été à mon banque pour leur montrer la preuve et la banque m'a rapidement remboursé le double paiement.

Il est difficile de trouver un parking dans le lot. Très plein de zones. Ils ont un garage sous-sol qui est accessible seulement en montant toute la route jusqu'à l'hôtel et en demandant au clef de l'hôtel d'ouvrir la porte de garage pour vous (en utilisant leur petite distance à main). Cela fonctionne si vous voyagez avec un autre adulte qui peut le faire, mais si vous voyagez seul, où vous gareriez votre voiture pour aller au bureau de réception pour demander à la télé au garage? C'est une situation Catch-22. Le petit déjeuner était dans une chambre très remplie avec des tables et des chaises de raffinage.

L'hôtel est l'une des meilleures chaînes de Ramada que j'ai visitées. Chambres spacieuses et invitantes à 4-Stern-Standard. L'accent est mis sur le service, depuis la réception, depuis le restaurant (Salon d'Avocado) jusqu'au spa. L'hôtel est situé à proximité du centre et directement sur la route de Cluj, la plus courante, et c'est là que se trouve le problème : j'avais une chambre sur la rue. Malgré les fenêtres fermées, j'ai eu l'impression de me trouver juste près de l'autoroute. De même, la situation dans la salle d'avocado : un très bon endroit extérieur avec de bons aliments et bon service. Mais le bruit de la circulation ne fait pas l'amour! Cela me semble que l'hôtel n'est pas adapté à un court séjour commercial, mais pas à un week-end privé ou à une vacance. Désastre!

This was our first visit to Cluj, and we had originally booked the Radisson Blu, but to my surprise when I was browsing Marriott Bonvoy’s app this hotel came up. Newly opened only a few months. This country are is simply the best I have stayed in. The Arrival We drove from Bucharest and we were messaging through the Marriott App for car parking guidance, to our shock on arrival the car had to go in a lift! Very clever use of space and the car park was super clean and very convenient. Price at €20.00 a day, looking in the surrounding area at the not so secure car parks there’s only a couple of euros difference and the hotel feels safer. Check in was smooth, team knowledgeable but the lobby just has a very modern, fresh feel. Bright and presents itself in a minimalist but luxurious form which is very surprising for the brands positioning, but so very welcome. The Room Technologically led, modern, very clean. One of the comfiest beds and pillows I’ve had a while, and they took note of my preferences which was great to see. Daily housekeeping kept the room in check and i really liked the music in the bathroom and the hotel corridors. Bathrobes, slippers and water were all present in our Superior King Room. With this room type we were on the first floor and it didn’t come with any view but that didn’t bother us as we had a big window that could open and with it being city centre views weren’t on the priority list for us. The Breakfast What a spread on offer and beautifully set up and with the friendliest of team members. Most courtyards would just have the buffet but my partner asked for something off menu and they made it no problem, and subsequently for the following three mornings they made it without issue, a slight nod on arrival to confirm that’s what he was after and they made it. This was a true example of anticipatory Serivce and personalisation. This hotel for me is a stand out for a city like Cluj, it’s in such a good location right in the old town and offers such a good experience for those in Cluj. 10 out of 10! Well done to the Courtyard Cluj Team! I’m sure you will grow even stronger as the hotel matures.

Really nice hotel in a great location. Check in was quick and we were shown to our large, comfortable room on the top floor. There’s no lift as this is an old, renovated building with a courtyard in the middle. Breakfast was sufficient in an attractive room, and the room tariff very reasonable. The hotel is in a great location, just a few minutes walk from Union Square. Our room overlooked the Opera House. The staff we encountered were all friendly and helpful. I can recommend this hotel when staying in Cluj.

Location: vous ne pouvez pas souhaiter un meilleur endroit pour être au milieu de Cluj....vibrant et vivant. Pas de trafic de voiture dans la région. Très de bons pubs et restaurants. Si vous avez une voiture, alors mieux cherchez un parking à l'hôtel Central Building.. Chambres: il semble qu'il soit un nouveau propriétaire dans la ville ... les chambres sont bien conçues et l'espace est confortable. C'est un oui de tous les points de vue. Personnel: bien formé. Aideux. Bon.

Je recommande de vous signer pour leurs récompenses pour obtenir 10% de nourriture et boissons. Ils ont un petit déjeuner pour les champions et leurs restaurants sont aussi bons.
