Good service, staff also good, room very comfortable, free different type of tea and coffee at the reception for the guest.

Check in was fast, polite staff. Room looks different from website, not much amenities in the room. It's decent for the price paid. Some local eateries nearby hotel

Good location for catching ferry as close to port, but not to beaches and restaurants. Room was spacious with good sized shower, room smelt of cleaning/paint products which at a guess was to cover up on going issue of penetrating damp in wall near window with visible efflorescence on show.
However staff very friendly and very helpful

Good clean small hotel for short stay. Bed a little hard for me personally.
All was clean. Very loud noise from bathroom when you switched light on
Fridge pretty loud too.
Location close to eateries and on the doorstep of Maha tower. Good view from window in king room.
Grab easy to get for exploration.

Location is on a parade with lots of little shops such as pharmacies and delicatessens. Town centre is just over the main road outside the hotel. Rooms are well appointed. Good cable tv and AC. Counter staff and friendly and efficient. Complimentary hot drinks machine in the lobby and seating area. I would stay here again for sure. Photo is of Maha Tower from my hotel window.

Stayed here many times since they first open. I like the location, hotel is consistently clean and have all basic needs and Netflix! 😄

Nice and comfortable hotel. Good location. However staff is not well trained, poor service, sour face. Had an issue with the room; try to seek help from the counter staff, but they refused ro solve the problems with lots of excuses, until I raised up my voices. Train your free hair girl, to learn how to manage customers

First thing first we have difficulties to communicate with reception guy who take cares at midnight shift (as we checked in late) because he doesnt speak English nor Bahasa at all. Then, room not really a seaview room at Level 1. Then again no proper instruction on how we actually can get the TV channel on. Try to chill my mineral water then found out water clog in the mini fridge. So stress ed in the middle of the night when all we wanted is to rest and relax. Its a beautiful and quite spacious room and comfortable bed & pillow
