Hôtels proches de Wali Mahmoud Islamic Center, Lansing

First of all, this was a very clean hotel, from the lobby and breakfast areas to hallways to our room. Check-in was efficient. Issue #1: TOWELS Hotels know how long your stay will be, so not sure why for a 3-night stay, we were issued two bath towels and two wash cloths for this length of time, especially knowing that housekeeping is limited. With the price we pay for hotel rooms, we prefer fresh towels every day. We had not been told at check-in that if we wanted housekeeping, we needed to let desk know by the prior evening. We actually did not want housekeeping, but we did want an adequate supply of towels for our stay. We used the first set of towels that night, stopped at the desk the following morning after breakfast and asked for the supply we would need for the entire stay. The receptionist was kind, but explained they didn't have enough (new supply in dryer) but they would bring to the room later in day when supply replenished. Of course no towels showed up by evening, so down to the desk we went. Managed to get supply for that evening, but no more. We had to repeat the process the following morning just to get enough for the final night. Probably spent about 45 minutes total during our stay waiting for towels, finding out when they might be available, etc. A total waste of time and could easily have been prevented if this hotel had a ready supply of towels for guests. #2 UNPROFESSIONAL ATTIRE OF DESK AGENTS Upon check-out on a weekday morning after 9am, went to front desk for hard copy of receipt. No one there for several minutes. The phone started ringing, went on for a few minutes. Finally some young woman dashes from the breakfast area to the desk, signals to someone in the back room that we are at the desk, and then answers the phone. The young man who came out of the back area to help us was wearing sweatpants and a t-shirt. We assumed he was staff and he indeed did check us out. Front desk people are your most visible staff members and looking like you just woke up is not the image this Hilton hotel should be projecting. Front desk also needs to be staffed so that guests are not waiting around for someone to come for minutes on end. Final note: All staff members were courteous and pleasant.

L'hôtel est très bon, la chambre est très confortable et le service est toujours vivant, la salle de sport est bonne, les installations sont complètes, le petit déjeuner est un paquet de commandes, plus simple.

Très proche de l'école, l'air propre et l'air ambiant sont également bons.

Il y a un personnel chinois à la réception, le service est très bon ! Il y a un parking en sous-sol, ce qui est très pratique ! Bonjour!

Spending the weekend in Lansing. Had a very good stay. Especially enjoyed the breakfast. Room and facility was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Liked the location. Didn't use the pool but others were enjoying it

Le petit déjeuner était bon. La farine d'avoine, le bacon et les gaufres cuites au four ont tous bon goût. Le parking de l'hôtel est très pratique. Il s'arrête à la porte et se sent très à l'aise. Il se peut que l'espace de stationnement soit étroit lorsqu'il est occupé. Nous sommes très bons cette fois. Je ne sais pas pourquoi le prix de l'hôtel fluctue trop et change à tout moment. L'hôtel est très proche de msu, pratique pour manger et faire du shopping, il y a un supermarché chinois à proximité.

Have stayed here before but this time was 12 days, it’s pretty new (3-4 years), very clean, terrific staff from housekeeping to manager. Convenient to I96 and food. Nice washing facilities and outside patio area. Breakfast is standard, good variety. La personne de la table de front m'a donné toutes les réponses correctes quand j'ai appelé à demander des précautions supplémentaires Covid mais j'ai été déçu la semaine dernière de voir les gens de la table de front quitter leur masque !! Quand une étoile a pris la tête pour cela - il faut être nécessaire.

La maison a été rénovée récemment. Le lobby était à peu près la seule zone bien gardée. Les portes extérieures ont rarement travaillé avec une clé qui était irritante parce que le lieu était dispersé. Le site est très bien situé, mais il est très bien situé. Lorsque nous rentrons plus tard la nuit, nous avons appelé le bureau de front et la personne du bureau de nuit a fini de le prendre. La salle de sport était décentement équipée pour ce niveau de l'hôtel. La fontaine d'eau dans la salle de sport avait deux gommes de gommes sputter dans elle. Grosse! Les chambres étaient belles. La mise à niveau était bonne, mais la salle de bains est tombée courte. Couver la même lumière fluorescente insensible avec un équipement insensible a pris le temps des mises à niveau. Aux côtés de la porte extérieure, il y a un ashtray fumeur sur le mur, mais les gens ont encore jeté leurs bottes sur le sol.
