這家酒店在我家附近，原來是一家隴南大酒店，我平時很少住酒店這次我的好朋友從東北過來特地找我玩，從我們認識到現在有10年的光陰了，就想着她好不容易來一次一定要住的近近的，住的舒舒服服的，我們家附近的酒店確實沒啥好點酒店，不是快捷酒店就是設施老舊，房間裏總有一股味。直到走進這家店我才知道原來的隴南大酒店已經不是了，我走進大廳四處張望，大廳比周邊的酒店都要大，休息區沙發簡約大氣，迎面走來一位小姑娘很熱情的跟我打招呼：下午好女士，有什麼可以幫您？她告訴我24年才營業還是一家新酒店，環境和裝修我都很滿意，小姑娘端來了一杯茶水——下午好女士，請用茶，説著便將茶水送到了我手裡，讓我稍作等待前台有其他客人。我接過後趕忙謝謝，美豪麗致酒店我搜了一下全國連鎖的四星酒店，服務我已經從進門就感受到了專業。沒過多久小姑娘再次回來她微笑着指引我到前台：“您好女士，抱歉讓您久等了，前台這邊請，為您辦理入住。”這些語言和她的動作都體現出來這家酒店服務方面的專業。前台的小姑娘們很漂亮他們都是笑臉相迎語氣温柔，得知我給多年未見的好朋友訂房，她們給我推薦了最好的房間。還有贈送的下午茶可以讓我和好姐妹愉快度過下午茶時光。 到房間後房間的裝修簡約温馨温度適中，和好姐妹好久沒見了，她也對我選擇酒店很滿意，一陣敲門聲傳來，我打開門是剛剛的小姑娘，原來她是來拜訪的，詢問服務房間是否滿意，手裡端着一盤水果還有酸奶，小姑娘説入住期間有任何問題都可以隨時找她，真是很熱情，後來添加了微信得知她是客服管家小冉。晚上小冉發來消息告知我還有送的深夜一碗麪就是蘭州的牛肉麪，我更驚喜了，原本是計劃好姐妹來的早一點可以帶她去吃正宗的牛肉麪，結果好姐妹是下午到的，蘭州的牛肉麪下午都關門了，衹能明天早上吃了。結果小冉説酒店晚上有贈送的牛肉麪，我倆很積極的就去吃了麪，味道還是不錯的，湯很好喝。在這裏謝謝小冉，服務很好很貼心。入住的這幾天裏我們見到的這裏任何的服務員都很熱情，不論是客房服務員每天打掃的衞生，幫我們整理好衣物和收拾整潔的化粧品，再到餐廳的下午茶和晚上的麪，下面師傅都會耐心的詢問辣椒多少，有沒有忌口，還需要加麪嗎？再到前台的小美女們每天我們進進出出總能看到熟悉的身影熱情的跟我們打招呼，貼心的告訴我們今天外面有點熱哦～帶瓶礦泉水，晚上回來會有點冷多帶一件外套，天氣乾燥提醒我打開加濕器，最後到門口的保安會幫我們擦掉車上的灰塵，進進出出都會告訴我們注意安全，一路平安。這是我在這家酒店看到的所有人大家都有一個共性那就是服務好到沒的説，細節服務總是能打動我和好姐妹的心，真沒想到在我家附近能有這樣一家酒店，祝願貴酒店生意興隆、我會繼續選擇這家酒店，下次訂房還找小冉！
