The front dest provided good support for my booking because this was first time I visited Lanzhou. Ms Wang was patient explaining the location and service. During my stay, the front crew coordinated the shipping and handling my luggages that was not normal their responsibilities. The classification of non smoking room help lots for most non smoker foreigners. The restaurant 马老六in the same building was one of fine dining and good restaurants with good price

Le service à la réception était bon, la chambre propre, l'hôtel bien situé et les installations complètes. Du jus d'orange était disponible dans le hall, ce qui était très appréciable par une chaleur aussi intense. Les enfants ont adoré. Le petit-déjeuner était également délicieux. Tout le personnel était très accueillant. Tout ce dont nous avions besoin dans la chambre nous a été livré rapidement. On nous a même offert de l'eau minérale au moment du départ.
