L'hôtel est très propre et propre, la réception est très polie et l'air de la zone publique est frais. Mais il est différent d'entrer dans la chambre! Le lit est très confortable, l'espace de toilette est très suffisant, c'est que je vois deux chaussures, l'ami a aidé à traiter, la position géographique est également très pratique, la station de métro est à côté, la gare est également à côté, c'est une bonne option pour les amis qui vivent.

L'hôtel est stratégiquement situé en face de la gare de Lanzhou. Cependant, si vous avez un train depuis la gare de l'ouest, gardez une heure en main dans le trafic de pointe. 此次入住和家裡人同行的，沒想到發現了一個寶藏的酒店，他們家的套房衞生做得非常乾淨，水也很熱，前台工作人員辦理速度特別快，又熱情服務態度也很好，距離中山橋的景點走路大概10分鐘左右，步行過去就可以，樓下打車也很方便，對出行者來説是一個不錯的選擇，帶着家裡人來蘭州旅遊，我覺得這次沒有踩雷，

Expérience de séjour fantastique, vous méritez cet hôtel ! Je viens de sortir d'une expérience de séjour fantastique et je suis toujours plongé dans un sentiment de bonheur ~ Choisir cet hôtel cette fois me dépasse vraiment Imaginez ! Tout d'abord, la chambre était super confortable et le lit était d'une fermeté modérée, ce qui m'a permis de passer une bonne nuit de sommeil. Réveillez-vous le matin, ouvrez les rideaux, le soleil remplit toute la pièce et on a l'impression que le monde entier s'éclaire ~ Le petit-déjeuner est également un point fort ! Le restaurant occidental au premier étage propose une grande variété de plats au buffet, ce qui fait que moi, un fin gourmet, je ne peux tout simplement pas m'arrêter. Le service est également très attentionné. De l'enregistrement au départ, chaque employé était chaleureux et amical, me faisant me sentir comme chez moi. Surtout la jeune femme à la réception, Koala, a un doux sourire et une attitude amicale, ce qui rend vraiment les gens heureux. L'emplacement de cet hôtel est également très pratique, avec des transports bien développés, ce qui le rend très pratique pour faire du shopping. et du divertissement. Et l'environnement environnant est également très beau. Non loin de là se trouve le parc Yantan, c'est la saison d'observation des fleurs, ce qui rend les gens heureux~. Bref, cette expérience de séjour est vraiment géniale ! Si vous aussi vous souhaitez profiter d'un voyage de rêve, autant choisir cet hôtel~ Croyez-moi, vous ne serez pas déçu !

L'hôtel est très bien situé ! Voyager est très pratique ! Ce dont je suis le plus satisfait, c'est le service global et l'enthousiasme particulier de chaque employé ! La chambre d'hôtel est très confortable, propre et bien rangée ! Le petit déjeuner est très copieux ! Inconvénient : La chambre est généralement insonorisée ! Ici, je voudrais également exprimer mes remerciements particuliers au service client du septième étage, Miss Li Lianfeng ! La chambre est nettoyée tous les jours et est très prévenante ! Nous avons également préparé deux bouteilles d’eau minérale supplémentaires chaque jour ! Chaque jour après le ménage, je laissais un mot. Quand j'entrais dans la pièce, je voyais le mot, qui faisait très chaud au cœur ! La prochaine fois que j'aurai l'occasion de venir à Lanzhou, je choisirai certainement cet endroit ! Je recommanderai également cet endroit à des amis qui envisagent de venir à Lanzhou !

IInvité前台小馬小姐姐看我們三個人還多送了一個下午茶名額，多給了一張房卡方便我們出入，特別貼心，外賣除了機器人送，前台小姐姐也會送，有問題都會立馬給解決，效率特別高！前台大家都很好，看到客人就會主動問需求，服務真的很棒，走的時候因為知道我們開車還送了一袋水。自動馬桶，全屋智能，住起來蠻舒服的，床上的毯子我很喜歡很軟很舒服，都想去要連結了！哈哈哈！房間稍微有點小，其他的都很完美，啥都有都不缺，還可以自己沖咖啡泡茶，下午茶也挺好吃，我喜歡吃裏面的雞米花！很棒的酒店！推薦！

WWangwuyouC'est mon deuxième séjour à l'hôtel Hilton et j'ai l'impression que le service ici est très enthousiaste, tant à la réception qu'au service en chambre ! La chambre dans laquelle j'ai séjourné cette fois-ci a été surclassée et je pouvais voir le lever du soleil dans la chambre. C'était génial. C'était très inconfortable à cause de la météo lorsque je voyageais du sud au nord. La dame du service d'entretien m'a même envoyé un humidificateur. Extraordinairement chaud ! Craquez pour le thé de l'après-midi au 51ème étage, le tiramisu est tellement délicieux, bravo !

RRoyWe stayed here as a family to end our road trip around Qinghai and Gansu. The hotel is wonderfully appointed with soft beds and really comfortable rooms. We arrived too late for dinner in so ate noodles outside at one of many nearby places. The view over the Yellow River is pretty good and the hotel breakfast is very good value. The staff deserve special praise, very helpful for the checkin with all the Covid health code requirements they were very helpful. A special mention to the concierge, Wei Keyang/ICE, the concierge on duty was extremely helpful with my last minute request to ship some awkward shaped bulky souvenirs back to Jiangsu home. I caused no end of problems which he was very happy to help with and dillgently solved, even after we had checked out and got to the airport. It is service like this that really makes the difference and is very much appreciated.

IInvitéJe suis arrivé vers 16 heures le 3 février. La réception m'a d'abord aidé à coordonner le type de chambre. J'ai séjourné au 2812 et j'ai demandé à la tante de ménage d'emprunter des choses. J'étais également très enthousiaste. La tante m'a aidé à prendre des photos la nuit. Quand je suis sorti du travail, j'ai patiemment fait la queue pour des photos de Meimei, et les invités de bienvenue à la porte étaient également très enthousiastes pour m'aider avec les plats à emporter. Je pense que le sentiment pendant la période du Nouvel An chinois est que tout le monde à Lanzhou Hyatt a un sens de service en tant que propriétaire d'entreprise, et chacun fait de son mieux pour maintenir l'entreprise Image, bonne réputation, très bonne et à recommander.

WWisePrince BarikpeLa chambre était très belle, la chambre était très propre et très confortable, mais elle n'avait pas de minibar. Il n'y a pas de canaux internationaux mais je suis bien avec ça mais l'internet est merveilleux, nous avons apprécié notre séjour. La douche avait beaucoup d'eau chaude et le lit était très confortable. La température était très amicale.L'hôtel n'est pas sur la route principale, mais est sur une rue latérale à droite. Il y a beaucoup de restaurants locaux, des stands de fruits et des repas de rue à proximité de l'hôtel. Les équipements de traduction anglaise et chinoise sont très aimables et doivent être aisément aisés.

DDouhuizoudemeiyouliwai西站可換地鐵1號線，早知道直接訂到東方紅廣場附近去了。從酒店打的到萬象城附近半小時/27rmb。本想着西站步行到酒店約10mins路程，但出西站要過天橋，下天橋沒有電梯。。。春節晚上八點前台一人值班，入住人不少。送幾瓶水，等機器人等了20分種。想多要2個茶包，沒有…… 室內沒有穿衣鏡早餐7-9:30，訂房送一張券，點評可單買，比前台買優惠點。洗手間和床靠移門隔斷，浴室燈一開 ……睡眠質量不好的避雷。能聽得見隔壁或是樓上的洗澡水聲，電視聲，隔音差。早餐7點開始到八點多面檔結束，衹有牛肉米線麼拉麪。西式色拉蔬菜豐富但色拉醬沒有油醋類，對雞蛋過敏很不友好。切片麪包衹有兩種。咖啡機一台，豆漿是沖兑口感。早餐估計和旁邊的雲泊酒店共用的，用餐完電梯做錯到雲泊去了………電梯上方有標識沒注意

Les enfants voulaient manger du Starbucks. Je voulais manger d'authentiques nouilles au bœuf. J'avais des peaux farcies pour le dîner. Ils étaient tous en bas de l'hôtel. J'ai aussi acheté des vêtements. Parce que l'enregistrement était presque dix heures, le départ a été retardé à 2 heures le lendemain, ce qui ne pouvait pas être plus satisfaisant.

PPaul_anhui這是一家坐落在蘭州新區中川小鎮，剛開業不久的酒店，所有設施都是嶄新的。酒店裝修設計理念時尚前衞，傢俱配色熱情跳躍，就連早餐的餐都具有卡通色彩。大堂設定了兩處閲讀角，充滿了書卷氣。房間提供的杯子是用塑料袋封裝的紙質咖啡杯，非常注意細節。寢具床上用品、衞生間乾淨整潔，馬桶也是現在流行的智能馬桶。客人需刷房卡乘坐電梯，安全私密，如果忘記帶房卡，還可以請大堂的智能機器人幫忙，也很方便。酒店房間很大，大到可以放下轉角沙發。外面的院子停車很方便。服務員都是年輕人，服務熱情，有問必零，一次很不錯的入駐體驗。順便説一句，由於離中川機場不遠，在房間裏就能看到飛機降落。不用擔心噪音，關上窗户以後，外面的聲音基本上不影響，再加上中川機場早上7點以前和晚上10點以後基本上也沒有航班了。總之，這是一家值得推薦的酒店👍👍👍

IInvitéLa chambre de l'hôtel Xindeli était propre et bien rangée, et le lit était confortable et moelleux. J'ai dormi jusqu'à l'aube. L'attitude du serveur était très, très bonne, chaleureuse et attentionnée, et je me sentais très à l'aise et satisfaite. , une décoration luxueuse et des installations avancées. Je pense que qu'il s'agisse d'un voyage d'affaires ou d'un voyage de loisirs, ce sont tous les meilleurs choix et je les recommande sincèrement à tout le monde ! ! !

IInvitéL'emplacement de l'hôtel est facile à trouver, le transport est très pratique, les sanitaires sont très propres et le personnel de la réception et des chambres est très chaleureux et poli. C'est l'été maintenant et c'est très proche de la vieille rue de Lanzhou. Vous pouvez faire du shopping le soir. Le matin, il y a un magasin de nouilles au bœuf à côté pour le petit-déjeuner. L'hôtel est également très proche de la station de métro. Il faut compter deux Arrêts pour rejoindre la Station Cross de l'Ouest. Très pratique. Dans l'ensemble, ce fut un excellent séjour.
