L'expérimentation de 5 étoiles a été très bien entretenue malgré la pandémie. Mactan n'est pas connu pour ses belles plages, mais cet hôtel a réussi à faire ressembler à cette belle. Le service était aussi grand, les gens étaient gentils et amis. Nous n'avons pas vraiment tout explorer, puisque nous avons aimé rester à un moment. La nourriture n'était pas si grande, il n'y a rien de spécial à ce sujet.

L'hôtel est bien, mais en construction.. La vue est bonne, mais seulement en cas de chambre vue mer Tout le personnel est gentil et réactif Si vous souhaitez sortir de Dusit Thani, prenez un taxi presque 90% du temps. Si vous demandez un taxi à Dusit Thani, c'est +100 pesos. Vous pouvez passer quelques jours à jouer dans la piscine et à vous amuser. Plus que cela... Je vous laisse juger.

Nous avons passé un séjour INCROYABLE ici. JPark a beaucoup à faire pour toute la famille, les installations sont de première classe et le personnel est très gentil et désireux de vous satisfaire. (Bien mieux que Plantation Bay.) Merci, CTrip pour le super rapport qualité-prix. Nous sommes restés 3 jours, 2 nuits dans la spacieuse suite Mactan, et sur présentation de notre réservation, nous avons été enregistrés tout de suite, pas besoin de payer la caution habituelle de 3 k par nuit. Nous serions ravis d'être de retour!

Plantation Bay is again my favorite hotel on Mactan. I was there August of 22, January of this year and just finished a stay in May. Here are some things to consider about Plantation Bay: - It’s the only large Filipino owned resort on Mactan and they must treat there staff incredibly well because everyone I spoke with has worked there 10+years - unlike other resorts they have a no tipping policy - The large salt water lagoons are beautiful and large enough that they never feel crowded - Plantation Bay offers a variety of food options for every taste - They have a wide variety of on site activities and offer multiple excursions outside the resort for reasonable prices To be fair there were a couple of things that could improve but those are minor - The beach towels need to be replaced. The bathroom towels are great but the beach towels were old and thin - During busy periods when you call bell service or guest relations the phone just rings with no answer. Overall though, this is the best place to stay on Mactan. Great service, unique activities, great staff, and some of the best swimming pools anywhere Here are some tips: - if you are not traveling with kids, the waters edge rooms are amazing. You can step from your deck directly into the lagoon - Consider the Route 66 Diner for breakfast. Good food and never crowded -A romantic dinner at Palermo’s is a great option on site - I paid the extra $50 to have a car drop us off and pick us up at our room and it was definitely worth it. You get checked in/out at your room saving time Highly recommend this great hotel

Le personnel de la chambre, le personnel du bureau et le personnel d'attente étaient plus que magnifiques. Nous avons même pris du temps à manger à leur restaurant à la maison et notre serveur Aden nous a pris beaucoup de soin. J'étais aussi heureux de voir notre service de retournement venu avec des mangues sèches. 10/10 voudrait réserver.

One of the best resort I stayed in Mactan. Their service are excellent and they have many pools that you can swim. The room is clean & complete and the best part is that they have balcony. The buffet is okay and I just hope that they can add more. Nonetheless, I will definitely come back again.

Ma femme, mon fils, et moi allons y pour mon anniversaire. Nous voulions essayer un nouveau camping à Cebu. Wow, nous étions surpris et surpris. Le personnel de Sheraton nous traitait avec gentillesse et comme si nous avions été là plusieurs fois. Chaque membre du personnel nous a saluté. De la garde à l'entrée aux gardes. Ils ont même pris mon fils à la main et l'ont gardé entière pendant que nous nous sommes allés. Ils lui ont donné du maïs. Je suis aussi choquée au restaurant quand ils ont changé un bon anniversaire et m'ont donné un gâteau magnifiquement délicieux. Il était si doux et siseux. Le repas était aussi parfait et tendre. La sauce pour les frites était très cremée et délicieuse. Pour la première fois dans les douze ans près à Cebu, même après avoir été à de nombreux centres de Cebuano, y compris Shangri-la, tout était 100 pour cent parfait. Le Wi-Fi était fort et pas lente, la nourriture était parfaite, le parking était parfait, le personnel était parfait, la plage et la piscine étaient propres et parfaites. Je veux dire, c'était tout à fait parfait pour la première fois ici à Cebu. Au petit déjeuner, ils m'ont même donné un remerciement pour votre séjour. Je ne pouvais pas le croire. Il se sentait vraiment à la maison et ce sentiment chaud. Pour l'argent que nous avons dépensé, il était 100 pour cent de la valeur. Oh, par la façon dont l'atmosphère était parfaite aussi.

I stayed here twice in April & May 2023 and was consistently impressed with the staff & the property. The staff was very friendly, helpful, accommodating and very courteous. The deluxe room had a great view, was large, clean, modern and very comfortable all around. The buffet breakfast was excellent with good selection of Western and Pilipino dishes. And the table service was excellent—shout out to Ariel and staff for a very attentive service! I was also pleasantly surprised at the quality & selection of drink’s & pastries at the Cafe also punctuated by excellent service. The property has 3 great pools, a small private beach , picnic area & fitness center. For me the only service missing is the food room service but it’s a minor item for what I needed. The location is an about 30 min from Mactan airport in a secluded gated area. Getting here was through local neighborhood and inconvenient from other restaurants & services so you’re pretty much will be staying on the property unless you want to go out for a long drive. I paid 650 pesos for a Grab ride around noon time from IT park to Reef. I have been to many 5 star Western style resort hotels in US, Europe & Asia and Reef compares well especially if you can book a discounted room for less than $150 USD. Overall, I highly recommend the Reef Island Resort hotel and will return again when I’m in the area. Definitely a good value for the money and excellent staff.
