The first room had two single beds shoved together. We asked for a double bed “cama matrimonial” and we’re given a second room that was completely inacceptable. The door was broken, it wouldn’t shut properly, the shower door sealant was half off, the toilet would flush, the sink wouldn’t drain, and the soap dispenser was broken. The front desk arranged for us to have an acceptable room which was an upgrade and completely functional. However it took 2 room changes and when they moved our things they tossed a half bottle of premium red wine. And to be fair, they offered a second bottle of decent wine, but why toss our wine?

Recommandé,toutes les choses propres et ordonnées,a tout ce qu'elles offrent, changer les coussins car ils sont très doux sans peu de mousse,il est parking régulier même s'il y a un parking proche,au reste tout parfait!

From the moment we enquired at booking the hostel for our large group we had great service, and this continued as we planned our trip and then visited for 5 nights in May 22. Firstly the hostel is beautiful, homely, comfortable, clean and better than any hostel I have seen before. It is a bus ride away from the city with its sanding beaches of Las Canteras, restaurants and shops but also accessible to the mountains, volcano and other interesting places. What made this place extra special were its hosts, Fernando, Andres and Korneel. They were welcoming, approachable and helpful, just fantastic! This was a work trip, however as individuals we are all excited about returning to the hostel with our families and friends in the future. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Superb central location by the cathedral so easy access to the local centre of town, shops restaurants etc. For travel it’s also easy to flag down taxi cabs. Suites 1478 is an old building beautifully renovated for the better healed traveller. However we found the rooms odour over powering, ambiance dark and depressing. Layout and supplies were adequate with underground car park access nearby. No English channels on tv ! Internet was pretty much NO GO!! Advised to try the Cathedral cafe supply 🤷‍♀️ but still no access. Even moved rooms as an essential these days and still no reliable connection. Hotel said it was ‘ being fixed next week when we complained but I think an ongoing issue as electrically /internet has a major flaw. Breakfast display was good but nothing covered, and no freshly cooked food especially eggs- eggs cooked at 8 am if not taken we’re still there at 10. One major dislike was the fact the breakfast was open to locals and visitors so often busy and hence lost the cosy feel and often we felt intruding.🤔 Staff were pleasant and helpful but sure to attend to outside guests first we noted.

Je suis heureux de rester avec Secrotel Hotel Praque. Je la réserve après avoir vérifié les commentaires d'autres voyageurs. Oui, le prix est bon et à sa position, il est proche du centre commercial, des restaurants et des supermarchés. Le personnel est utile. Le petit déjeuner buffet est bon. Le restaurant du petit déjeuner est au plus haut niveau de cet hôtel, nous pouvons profiter de la vue sur l'océan et de la lumière du soleil tout en ayant le petit déjeuner. Mais une petite chose que je préfère partager est pendant le matin occupé, surtout quand le restaurant est plein de maison, il courait toujours de café, verres de jus ainsi que bowls de céréales. Il est possible que l'hôtel puisse faire un signe pour suggérer aux clients de réutiliser le verre, la tasse et le bowling en plein air. Le lit est confortable, la chambre est propre avec des choses de base que vous avez besoin. Oui, pas de chaussures électriques, pas de pantalons comme l'hôtel 3 étoiles standard. Il n'y a plus de bruit des constructions, car c'est ma préoccupation après avoir lu les commentaires d'autres voyageurs dans le passé. Alors je pense que tout est fait. L'hôtel se trouve à côté du taxi, la gare d'autobus, mais pas près de la plage. Ça ne me pose aucun problème pour ce voyage d'hiver. Je suis très heureux pour tous.

L'hôtel est très confortable et vous avez une chambre confortable. La piscine du 25ème étage était belle, juste pour un petit plongeon. Merci Elizabeth qui m'a embarquée, je me suis promenée en stress et gauche refroid et heureux. Votre anglais est excellent et votre gentillesse a été très appréciée. La chambre est très confortable et vous avez été très confortable. Merci à Manuel qui m'a fait sortir et m'a aidé avec mes bagages.
