Joe, our friendly groundskeeper, typically stops by 2 to 3 times a week—on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday between 4 PM and 7 PM—to take care of the landscaping, pool, and outdoor trash. He’s usually on property for less than 30 minutes. Joe will knock on the front door before heading to the backyard, but if you’re already outside, you might not hear him, and we don’t want you to be surprised!
