酒店是新開的，人員也是新手，很多業務不熟悉，服務態度也極差，客人沒有拿東西硬説客人拿了，入住的房間信號也極差，酒店Wi-Fi也無法使用，一開始有問題入住不告知，入住後倒逼客人加錢升房到信號好的房間，我並不是不能加錢升房，你提前説明情況就行了，但這樣的做法讓人很不舒服，到後面酒店前台連句道歉的話也沒有，硬説這個房間是這樣的，沒有辦法，後面索性就退房，連退房操作也不會，有些時候什麼都不會且服務態度極差很讓人無語😓
