This was absolutely the worst hotel experience that I have had in all of my adult years dirty dirty dirty, the television has snow on half the channels, chairs are broken doors are broken refrigerators are broken. I stayed in three different rooms all within one night because there was so much wrong with the first two, and then the third one I was just tired of it and so I accepted it because there was so much wrong with this hotel I wouldn't even ask my enemy to stay here. If you're looking to save money don't stay here you're better off to go to the neighbors Barn and stay there for free it would probably be cleaner

Not much of a breakfast. We were in a non smoking room, but could definitely smell smoke whenever we entered and there were cigarette burns on the food out sofa.

The hotel was extremely dirty. We had one towel that wasn't stained and covered in hair. The shower was disgusting and there were hairs all over the bathroom floor. Our bathroom sink was broken/leaking and the toilet seat was broken as well. This place should be rented by the hour.... If you're desperate for a place to stay then this is the one. Never again.

Hair dryer didnt work, the bed needed to be wd-40'd, every little move in the bed made a huge creeking sound, the air vent in the bathroom was extremely loud.

Was questionable how much, if any, gets cleaned between patrons .
The toilet seat was so disgusting my family opted to use the nearby restaurants instead.
I wondered why they wouldn't just replace it alone on optics when I noticed what appeared to be a feces colored smear on the side. When I was able to take toilet paper and remove parts of the discoloring my family wouldn't set foot in the bathroom. Being Indy weekend, our options were null and luckily we were there just hours fully clothed in the beds. First and last trip to Indy.

Not the worst but definitely not the best for the price paid. There was a very strong odor between musky and old smoke. It was outdated which wasn’t an issue for me but we were on second floor with 60/70s type stairs with three children under 5… no elevator. Inside the room there was a pen on the night stand sitting in liquid and the odor continued….

Let’s start by saying the staff was great. The room not so much. Some of the linen was clean and some wasn’t clean. The bed wasn’t freshly made.

The beds were sloped in the middle, had areas that were stiffer than others. The bathroom fan seemed extremely noisy.

We are becoming regulars at this motel, being our third time here. The price is reasonable and even though they are in the midst of renovations, we are seeing improvements each time.
