Avis : Roomzzz Leeds Headingley

The location was good - 10 minutes walk to Burley Park train station and only 5 minutes into Leeds. Great for Headingley Stadium. The studio apartment was in the roof area so only skylights for windows, therefore no views apart from sky but a very comfortable and spacious studio. Very friendly service on the phone and good email contact/instructions. Would recommend and would certainly stay again.

Was a decent room, nice and clean It wasn't obviously stated that you have to go to the Leeds roomzz branch to pick up your keys beforehand... this is fine if you drive, but having just had a taxi drop us off, we had to get another taxi to another place and back again with all our stuff... wasn't great. Also wasn't any way of contacting reception to ask for a later check out, no-one answered Sunday and our phone was plugged in but not working so I got locked out at one point with no way back in...

This is not a good hotel. I was extremely disappointed. The ratings and review on the website are not reflective of the quality and cleanliness of the rooms

Clean, good location, basic but cheap and cheerful. Everything was working and was the perfect spot by a bus stop to get the 49 or 50 bus into town. Would stay again and recommend to friends. Tea and coffee selection, but balcony window, easy parking.

Excellent apartments. Very friendly staff. Stephen and Debbie on reception are very helpful, and attend to any issues you might have immediately. I would recommend these apartments to anyone visiting Leeds, situated in a quiet area but still close to the city centre.

rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. Situated in a quiet area of Headingly, but with plenty of amenities nearby, numerous shops, Gyms, restaurants, golf clubs and a cinema all within walking distance of the hotel. on check in Debbie was friendly, and checked us in promptly

The apartment was very nice, clean and good facilities, the only issue is that I had to collect the keys from somewhere else, about 5mins by car from the apartment because the apartment didn't have reception, ever else was good!

My family visited family in Leeds and stayed in Roomzzz accommodation. The air b&b apartment was really great. apartment was nice and tidy. will stay again. lots of parking space too.

Stayed in December for a Christmas shopping trip and nights out. Easy £10 taxi ride both ways to Trimity Centre and peace and quiet at night time. Fabulous

nice apartment with excellent parking and all the facilities to cook our own food and enjoy a comfortable stay close to our family in Burley/Kirkstall Leeds

Very welcoming and pleasant staff, its just the apartment itself is run down, needs a complete refresh and updating, including the amenities provided, such as the washer dryer, which didn't dry anything. The internet connection was also non-existant, had to use mobile data all week as I work from home, but the mobile data signal was also poor. Very old furniture, and all very outdated, whole place needs renovating. They also don't provide anything for pets. There should also be a reception at the headingley site, as had to travel to the central location if I needed anything in person. There is also no lights at the entrance of the property, making it very dangerous and once when I went down to collect my takeaway in the evening, there was a homeless man hiding in the dark which I couldn't see as there was no lights.
