Hôtels 3 étoiles à Lehi

Cet hôtel est bon, il est propre et relativement confortable compte tenu qu'il est à quelques pieds de l'interstate 15 fou occupé. Je préférerais que l'hôtel soit 5 si elle n'était pas détruite par les règles et règlements locaux ridicules qui rendent le bistro pratiquement inutile - comme le prouve la pénurie de clients presque toutes les nuits. Qu'est-ce qu'un bistro si vous ne pouvez pas vous asseoir là-bas le soir et profiter d'un cocktail et regarder des sports ou rencontrer des amis dans un environnement relaxant? Le personnel m'a dit que je devais acheter de la nourriture avant de pouvoir avoir une bière et ils recommandent les frites françaises à prix excessifs. Donc- j'ai essayé de trouver un service de chambre pour que je puisse au moins me détendre avec un dîner- l'enfant qui courait le compteur avant ce soir a mis son téléphone assez longtemps pour me informer « c'est un Marriott- nous ne le faisons pas ici ». Ils ont une magnifique zone de patio et un endroit où ils ont un feu, mais il est pratiquement inutilisé parce que vous ne pouvez même pas sortir avec un verre de vin.

The price for this hotel was great for a family that has never been to Utah the breakfast was not great, but we could pick up some things and cook in the room and that was great. The pull-out bed was extremely uncomfortable, and we ended up at Walmart getting an airbed for our kids it was that bad I wouldn't sleep on it. The one of the big problems we had was that the water in the shower was never fully got hot and with 4 of us in the room, I asked my wife if she was having the same problem and agreed. I went down stair to ask for a manger and this young kid name spencer said he was the manager and that he would work on it. I went back upstairs and told my wife about the guy and told her how I felt like I was bothering him by me complaining. Later that morning I came downstairs to ask if it was fixed and asked to speak to the manager a different guy came out his name was Skyler and let me tell you he was so different from the last guy I told him that I was talking to a different guy he told me that he was just a clerk Not a manager. He went on by telling me that they have been having this problem and are trying to fix the problem. Not a problem I get it. But this spencer guy needs to go if he thinks he is a manager what is he not telling the bosses. He also has his headphones on so how does he hears the phone ring or he is talking to the red head this is while I doing some work on my computer to many distractions in the room with kids running around. Love the tree lady she is wonderful I believe her name was Val what a wonderful person so kindhearted and so sweet to my kids and wife love that made us feel at home. Your front desk Manager Skyler runs his front desk so well and making sure everyone is welcome and happy besides spencer. One thing that he does is sit and on his phone and chat with the red head. Sorry for the long review but I thought it needed to be said and so that the right people can see how these people are running the place. If you stay here, these are the people you want to deal with Front desk Manger Skyler, Val, Char (night Clerk), Monica, there is another young lady she is great but can't remember her name she had dark long hair and most of the time she worked at night when I came to use the gym. Don't Deal with Spencer He doesn't care!

So we stayed at this hotel because of the reviews. However, we wish those reviewing would give a real experience. So the hotel lists free wifi in their amenities however, if you attempt to use it you are asked to sign up and pay 4.99. If you chose not to you cannot open anything because the connection is so slow everything just times out. So I called the front desk because I had homework that I needed to do and she helped me out. The gym was nice and convenient. I missed the part in the hotel description of the restaurant but it was ok we tried it for dinner and what we ate was good and the prices were similar to what the restaurants are charging. The waiter and chief were great. The room was a nice size it was clean and work perfectly for our stay. The only thing we didn't like was how hard and uncomfortable the beds were. It was like sleeping on a padded wood plank.

Cet hôtel m'a donné des sentiments mixtes. Je vais mettre en évidence les pros et cons. Pros: Le petit déjeuner était décent. Il était agréable d'avoir une machine à coke au petit déjeuner. Mais les options alimentaires sembaient très limitées. J'apprécie l'option grecque de yogurt et de fruits. C'est ce que j'ai mangé les deux matins de notre séjour. Il était convenablement situé à l'autoroute, près de Cabela et un centre de départ était proche. Le principal lit était confortable. La petite cuisine était bien stockée. Cons: Les lumières de la salle de bain sont attachées aux lumières de la cuisine. C'est la chose la plus étrange jamais. Si vous désactivez le maître de la cuisine, vous désactivez les lumières de la salle de bain. Nous ne savions pas cela avant que notre fille soit dans la douche et que les lumières se dégageaient sur sa douche. Ils ont vraiment besoin de réparer ça. C'est un accident attendant qu'il arrive. La fermeture de la porte de la salle de bains était incroyablement difficile à utiliser et a entraîné une coupure de la porte à chaque utilisation. Vous saurez ce que je veux dire si vous allez. Nous avons pratiquement dû prier pour les serviettes. Ils nous ont donné trois dans une chambre à quatre personnes, puis nous avons insisté pour ramener nos propres serviettes à la lobby pour les remplacer par des serviettes propres et secs. Nous avons dû nous demander à ces personnes, chaque fois que nous sommes allés à la piscine. Nous avons retiré le lit du canapé et il n'a clairement pas changé de l'invité précédente. Inacceptable à tout moment, beaucoup moins pendant la pandémie. Il y avait du maïs sur et sous les feuilles sur le lit. GROSS. Dans l'ensemble, ils doivent prêter plus d'attention à la propreté et régler leurs problèmes avec les chambres. Je ne resterais probablement pas ici pour ces raisons, mais ce n'était pas un terrible séjour.

C'est le meilleur hôtel que j'habite actuellement à Lehi, les achats et les restaurants sont très pratiquement.

Bel hôtel neuf, le personnel de la réception était super comme d'habitude avec la marque Tru. J'adore la simplicité des chambres. Cependant, la propreté était insuffisante ici, il y avait plusieurs poils et taches sur les draps et le sol de la salle de bain. Le lit était également très négligé, peut-être que cet hôtel a besoin de changer de personnel d'entretien. Malheureusement, il n'y avait pas de chambre alternative pour passer car il était complet.
